Location is great. Walking distance to Frontenac and old city. The staff was very friendly and they gave maps and suggestions on what places to visit. But the rooms are a bit old. I hope they do some renovation soon. No breakfast too. For these facilities, I felt the price is a bit on the higher side.

This hotel is walking distance from everything in the old Quebec. We go to Quebec City at least once a year and we stay here every time.

Check in was easy with clerk able to speak English well. Quaint room was larger than average hotel room. Small bar fridge included. When booking you should let them know if you need parking which costs extra.

Quaint, and cozy spot. The room attendant did knock on our door to complain she was left alone while the proprietor went out to grocery shop. And that she was left there while two more runs had to be checked in. Not sure we would stay there again for a long stay, but a short stay, it's a good place to sleep. Quiet place.

Remote for air conditioning was missing. Everything a bit dated. But still quite nice, definitely recommend for the price. And location is very good for tourist attractions, bars, etc.

Location was great because it’s near good food places. It’s also near to both old and new quebec. Very versatile with wherever we want to go. Service was friendly and they gave us enough quiet time and privacy. We enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and warm enough. Pillows are just a little less fluffy.

Great location. Good value. There is a communal kitchen with toaster/fridge/microwave/kettle/basic pots 'n pans/utensils/toaster oven. Make sure you arrive before 8:00 PM so you can have access to someone to help you with the blasted code to open the front door + door to your room in case the code provided in advance doesn't work (our experience).

What a lovely property and wonderful staff! Room (queen) was perfect. Spacious, clean and location is perfect. Highly recommended

Wonderful space, full of character. Don't expect an elevator, it would completely ruin the old world charm.

Great place to stay for a weekend trip in Quebec! Friendly staff and nice check-in service. Close to all amenities. Clean bedroom and bathroom. All the essentials you need for a good trip in the city! Definitely recommend and will book again.

This is not a "hotel". It is like an airbnb. The room we got is in the basement. There is apparently a virtual check-in; I never received the info on how to check-in. You share a fridge with other guests. The basement ceiling and room doors are under 6 ft height. I wish the description was accurate; don't advertise a hotel and the AirBNB and 2016ish DIY basement suite

They have three parking spots that charge you $25 and we couldn’t get one because they were booked. They told us to park at Indigo Parking for $18 a night or $25 a full day. It’s a five minute walk from the room. Kinda of a confusing set up and we ended up wasting a couple of hours of our stay messing with parking and luggage. No on-site staff except the cleaners (“Je ne parle pas anglais.”) Everything is over their phone or on their app (great, another app, right?) Absolutely awesome location though. Our room was 104 and was small. One end table on one side of the bed and a mini fridge without a freezer on the other side, which could be used as an end table. Small faux fireplace was nice but we didn’t use it. Washroom was adequate. The AC was a window shaker style and was as loud as a turbo jet engine when it engaged. Made sleeping really difficult but you need it during these hot Summer months. There was also human body hair up and down the walls in the bathroom and the housekeepers left two of their cleaning rags in our room. One sprawled out on top of our bed and the other next to the coffee maker. It sounds gross but they did look clean so, who know?… *yuck*… I wouldn’t stay here again.

I LOVED my stay at Manoir de la Tour! The room was so cute, the AC was a relief in such a hot season! My room had a fridge and a microwave and a coffee machine which I was not expecting. Close to old Quebec and the walks in the neighborhood were so lovely. Clean, comfy and cozy. I’d definitely come back!

The sink has a leak and nobody cares. I'm sure it will not be fixed soon. Not a good place to stay.

This was a beautiful location. Close to the highway and still within walking distance to old Quebec. The rates were very affordable and the staff was over the top.

The staff in this hotel is soooooooo nice! I have injured knee during trip, and he helped us changed to the lower and prime room for free😳 there are lots of art in the hotel. The location is not far, you can walk to old Quebec in 15 mins, passing through restaurants, bars, government court.

Lovely and helpful staff in this quaint hotel located near the old city in Quebec. Highly recommended if you are looking for a bargain within walking distance to all of the sights. Parking was available and convenient. We stayed in the garden (basement) which had plenty of natural light and tons space to get comfortable.

This is a lovely little hotel near the old neighborhood of Quebec City. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are relatively clean. There is no HADVC and you can open the windows. It might get noisy though! There are not any amenities or equipments so bring your own blow dryer. The WIFI sucks. You cannot possibly work on your laptop! Finally, the building does not have an elevator and has quite alot of stairs. So it's not knee-friendly, heavy luggsge-friendly or wheelchair friendly. Rates are about 100 per night. If you call them they'll give you a discount. So don't book online.

Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Large, comfortable room. Excellent location.

Awesome location that makes it only 20min to the frontenac and it's right next to a nice park--bonus for valet parking on premises, a couple minutes walk to affordable overnight underground parking and street parking. The rooms are all quaint and feel like you're staying in a historic Airbnb. Coffee in the room is horrible but there's lots of nice cafes nearby both on the trendy street and touristy streets.

My wife and I are always stay there when we come to Quebec. The location is great - eight on Grande Alee, close to Abraham Plains and old Quebec. The service is always nice and very friendly.
