The apartment we rented was completely uneven, making sleeping a mysterious experience as we didn't know if we would wake up in bed or on the floor. The upstairs apartment was used as a warehouse, workshop and nightclub by the staff at various times. When we wanted to leave, they wanted to force us to find someone to sell the contract to even though we had agreed from the beginning that we would leave on that date. Our recommendation: run.

Terrible service

No service for us tenants. TO AVOID!!!

The quality of management varies a lot, sometimes we had good service, other times the service was just lacking. Getting in touch with the building manager has already taken me several weeks, voicemail was full, no calls returned, rental office closed, no instructions on how to reach them. The emergency line is not answered, the soundproofing is not incredible. The apartment is however well positioned and pleasant, but you have to tolerate the bad service and the noisy neighbors.

Very poor tenant service… Like many opinions, our requests are forgotten, even on important things. One good day, my chip was deactivated. I went to see the lady, unable to return home, only to be told: “I can’t do anything at the moment, I don’t have a spare chip.” Lots of little things like that happen all the time and the staff don't seem to care. I also had the same problem with the indoor parking remote control (which is still very expensive). Obviously, I had to wait several days before having access and being able to enter the parking lot. It’s a shame, because the accommodation has potential due to the price and its location, but poor management scares away its tenants. Too bad for them. Plus, they don't have customer service, so we always have to come back to the same person...

I had a good experience with the Laberge Group and especially thanks to Mr. Jean-Claude. The quality of service from this rental agent is truly exceptional! From the start, he kindly and politely answered all my questions and managed to quickly and efficiently resolve the few problems that may have arisen. Very professional and impeccable!
