Since May, I have had to make appointments for my family members, wait hours in line, finally be told there is no room, to call back the following week and we start again. Speak to the secretariat for information? Impossible. The human side has really taken a backseat since the move, patient service is 0. Fortunately, the medical staff on site are pleasant, we forget the hell we went through for having had a simple appointment.

Always with the same level of service: painful. Last disappointment: I should receive a call for an appointment for an ultrasound due on December 20, 2023. I never received the call and it is impossible to speak with an attendant. Disappointing.

Every time I go to this clinic there is an endless wait! In November I arrived and the lady couldn't find my appointment that I had made via the central a week before so I waited 1h30 in the waiting room!! supposedly they finally had the appointment but they were late!!!!
