The secretary is nice, I waited like 10 minutes and had an appointment 2 weeks later. Which is good. I love our company so much. The waiting room is nice, there are some interesting things and I was able to plug in my computer to do homework while waiting. On the other hand, the doctor was in a hurry and not very attentive. When I told him I had a second question he made a joke by asking me if I wanted to do this job for him and show me a stack of files. I recommend that you identify your symptoms beforehand and prepare questions in advance to ask the doctor (eg: is this normal, what can I do). I went there on a Friday maybe I would have had a better experience with another doctor. As I live in the residence, the location is super convenient. The doctor did not seem professional or attentive to me.

If you make an appointment, the time is approximate. 10 other people have the appointment at the exact same time. The doctor is often in a hurry and does not have the time to listen to your needs properly. Also, don't use the website to make an appointment because they won't look at it and you will be forgotten. On the other hand, they were able to meet my specific needs. Convenient for university residents, otherwise go elsewhere.

It's good that he has a place at university where you can see a doctor in a timely manner. I simply tell the receptionist who is completely overwhelmed, with no breaks to eat or go to the bathroom. There should really be 2 and give them working conditions worthy of Laval University. It would be better for everyone and for the image of the university.

Really bad experience, the secretary was very unpleasant and discriminating. She made us wait 45 minutes at the entrance to the clinic and finally told us that there are no appointments before the first month.

One, you have to manage to get an appointment by calling endlessly all at the same time at opening time, aka the best system ever designed. Two, the appointment should be at least 1 month away so you have the opportunity to learn self-healing in the meantime. Three, the appointment falls on the clinic's vacancy/closure window without prior notice, thus wasting even more of your time, but gives you the opportunity to take an unnecessary walk and leave. Four, the answering machine asks you not to leave a message, so leave it here instead so that it can improve and refer to it in the future. Five is the number of stars out of 5 that I give to the service, but Google only allows a minimum of 1/5, in short I strongly advise against trying to use this service elsewhere.

We cannot call and the times displayed on Google are incorrect. Having to walk 20 minutes to be told that the clinic is finally closed in the afternoon and “Look, it’s written on this sheet in the window.” It’s frankly disrespectful. I have better things to do than walk 40 minutes only to be told to come back the next day. I understand that there is a shortage of doctors, but nothing stops them from changing the hours on the internet. For those who want to make an appointment and luckily see this, the opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only in the morning and Tuesday in the morning and afternoon.

I have gone there a few times in recent months for a health problem and I am always very satisfied with the secretary's service. She is very kind and efficient. Plus, the doctors are very talented!

Bad experience because I met a doctor two months ago for a lesion on the skin, he had to quickly refer me to a dermatologist because of suspicion...zero follow-up and secretary in vain ...

Having a painful ear infection requiring a doctor's advice quickly to be able to take the plane, I called the clinic. I am offered an appointment which is unfortunately too far from my departure date. However, I am advised to come during the walk-in consultation period on Friday morning at 8 a.m., with the possibility of being taken care of. What was my surprise when I arrived there and learned that the clinic only opened at 9 a.m.? In addition, the secretary comes to see me to tell me that in fact, walk-in consultations are not available. So I wonder what the point of this clinic associated with the university is, and seeing the other opinions, I don't understand why nothing is changing. Don't expect anything from them.
