Interesting products. Friendly staff. Terrible return policy and inflexible system. Refunding a non-sale item within 48 hours should not be difficult to do.

Very friendly staff and a great selection of clothing! We went in looking for a long sleeve shirt / sweatshirt while wandering the Old City and didn't want to buy something cheap from a souvenir shop. We found solid quality clothes, many of which were made right in Canada (always happy to support local business). It wasn't the least expensive purchase, but the long sleeve shirt should last and looks great. Definitely a recommended stop if you want something a bit more authentically local.

We recently had the pleasure of spending three days in Quebec City Canada.A beautiful city full of friendly people.We stopped into a shop called sport and chic on RueSt.Jean.the store is nicely laid out on two floors.The salesman we dealt was a young man named Simon,he was a lot of fun and very helpful.The merchandise at this store is quality,but keep in mind that Quebec is a very expensive city, although the exchange rate from the US dollar to Canadian dollar is favorable.All in all Quebec was a good experience.

Great store! Big selection. Staff is incredibly helpful. Helped me find a really exceptional winter boot. Very patient.

My partner and I walked around for over an hour looking for a shop that still sold flip flops on Sept (we didn’t bring the most comfy shoes to walk around in)! We weren’t sure if this store would have anything but the super helpful store reps saw us peeking in, asked us what we needed, and told us where to find them. Service was excellent!

Our shopping experience at Sport & Chic was exceptional. The service my wife and I received from Simon was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful, and he knew the products very well. The clothes Simon recommended were so great that I wore them right away and Simon and I looked like twins. :) It was real pleasure coming into Sport & Chic and meeting Simon. We will definitely come back next time we are in Quebec City. Merci Beaucoup!
