It's a mall, what else to say? Not so fancy as Laurie or Galeries, but still nice enough to go shopping in Quebec City.

I think it a big shopping mall especially that Quebec city is not as populated like Montreal and Toronto, a mall like Promenades Beauport becomes a hand up for Quebec

This review is for the food court: Tried three of the eateries 1. All of them were really bad horribly bad - run and find a Tim hortons nearby!

This place is under new ownership from the previous businesses in this location. The nail products are great. The best part is the waking distance from my place which helps with my compliance.

Reminds me of a mall in a small town. Given it's great location I don't know why they cannot attract better stores. Very clean and reasonable place, just not very modern in terms of the stores that are located there.
