Came across this spot while looking for a place to chill before going to a concert. Place was very inviting, very nice decor and nice atmosphere. We were seated very quickly, however we weren’t given menus or told that they were operating on a restricted menu due to the concert. The waitress came over relatively quickly and asked for our drink order, we received both drinks quickly. My partner ordered a Double IPA which he rates a 7/10. I ordered a Lemon/Strawberry Seltzer which I would rate a 1/10, the drink tasted like straight machinery and was barely drinkable. The waitress then came over to take our food orders (which we ended up having to look online for the menu), the waitress told us we weren’t able to order what we wanted due to the reduced menu, which was no problem, so we settled for the Charcuterie Board, BIG mistake. The board came quickly, which was probably the only positive thing about it, the bread that accompanied the board was rock hard, I genuinely thought I was going to break a tooth, the cheese was warm, and the meats were flavourless, we weren’t checked up on so we ate what we could. My second drink, a Cranberry blonde was a lot better than my first one 7/10, however my partner’s second beer was flavourless 3/10. Overall our visit was quite disappointing, definitely not worth the $75. There’s definitely better places to drink and eat in Quebec City.

Flawless on all levels. High price for chips and and cheese with little to no dipping sauces. Almost forced to order rapidly. Cocktails were disapointing to say the least (whats nordik about tripple sec, snaps and vodka). Waiting and waiting to pay and leave. They are lucky to be located where they are, otherwise they would be out of Business for sure.

The food was amazing and the beer delicious! But most of all the staff was great. They were truly there for us and treating us so nicely. Thanks so much for having us!

Large space, with additional seating upstairs and outside on the patio. Several of their beers (brewed upstairs) are on tap. I enjoyed the American IPA (6.1%, 75 IBU). Had a big, Mexican salad (vegan), served in a crisp tortilla bowl - a very good meal.

Nice choice of micro brews and a quiet place for a drink after the market closes. We did not order any food so can not comment.

A great brewery with amazing, knowledgeable staff, fantastic beer, and delicious appetizers! Highly recommend if visiting Le Grande Marché!

There is slow and then there is Nordik Microbrewery slow.... 1 hour and a half of waiting time for an appetizer of smoked salmon served at the same time as the main meal . This restaurant is cute the kind of restaurant you would find in a smaller city ,with less attendance it would do much better staff is not to blame , owner is .

Nice microbrewery with a small but high quality selection of beers - leans rather heavy on IPAs (as do most places now). The beer was good - not life changing, just solid. The food was okay. We ordered a couple of pizzas, the Mac and cheese, and the smoked meat sandwich. The pizzas were good - the smoked meat was very tasty but rather small, esp given the price. The service was really really good.

This is a nice microbrewery with a good choice of beer. The location is quite nice with the market it is situated in. There is a nice terrace with a view on the Vidéotron center and a park. Would recommend!

Visiting for the Pee-Wee tournament. Food and beer were very good and our server Emile, was amazing! If the owner of the business is reading this, he was 1st class all the way. Would come back for the food and beer, but the service was fantastic. Would recommend this place to all.

This pub’s food is an afterthought. A tiny smoked meat sandwich with stale chips for $18. A brat with stale chips and an overdressed salad for $20. I could go on. Their beer is decent, but don’t go there to eat.

Went here before a Ramparts hockey game. Nice menu. Good beer. Great service. Loved the Salmon Tartare and the macaroni and cheese. Good Onion soup. Glad I didn't listen to negative reviews because I had a great experience. It's attached to a nice little market right by the venue. Fit the day perfectly.

Props to Daniel and the crew for creating a unique, high-quality establishment in this part of the neighborhood, which is otherwise sort of underserved by this sort of restaurants. The English-language comedy nights that Sno hosts are a great event for the community.

Excellent. In a shopping mall (market) with its own entrance so it can stay open later. Outstanding beer. They also have live music.

This restaurant has many great options and friendly service! The food was really good too and the beers were also good. The only minor issue was that the service was a bit slow, it took a while before we got the receipt even though the restaurant wasn't close to bring full, and the waiter messed up one of the beer orders. I would definitely still come back here since it was a nice experience, but I wouldn't recommend it for those in a rush.

Loved the beers I tried. Will definitely come back and I will have to try the food for sure !

Sampled 9 of there 10 beers on tap and I'd categorize all of them as introductory style beers. For those just starting to drink different styles of beer, this is a great place to start as none of the flavor profiles are overly strong and will not offend the sensitive palate. Very good starting point, as many of the better styles have been softened and the flavor intensity scaled down in taste. The tap room is located in a mall plaza and has a very commercial look and feel. If your in the immediate area is stop by but not worth making a special trip from downtown Quebec City.

The beer was super good. The service was really good considering they were low staff. However, here what I did not like. The portions were a bit small for the price. The ingredients are coming from local place, I was expecting more for the price. I order the mac & cheese and I was expecting to be more creamy and cheesy. Overall if you are in the neighborhoods for the grand marché or concert at the Vidéotron arena I recommend for the artisanal beer.

Came in for lunch. Amazing beer absolutely delicious. Tried the hotdog and grilled cheese sandwich both were excellent. Great service friendly and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Revised: I had several exchanges with the co-owner of SNO about our experience and wanted to provide some further information. 1. Daniel L. was very keen in trying to understand our bad experience and use our feedback to improve the service - so credits to him as customer satisfaction seems to be important 2. My review was only relating to the food - we have not tried the beers but would certainly be willing to go back and try the beer - just not the food

The staff was very friendly, service was really good and we were happy with our food and beer. Pretty standard pub fare, smoked meat sandwiches and also a Greek salad with blueberries in it, which was odd but I quite liked it! The oatmeal stout was delicious!
