Went there for lunch and I was able to park right across the street. The food is fresh from the patty to the bun to the vegetables however the taste is just average. The sauce wasn’t that good in any of the burgers and the fries were okay. The service was bad since there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was frustrated all the time

Great spot for burgers - vegan and chicken! The service is great and the ambience is well designed.

I went here for dinner during my Quebec city trip with my friend. We went here on recommendation of someone. The restaurant have a very nice ambience. Staff is super friendly. We were very hungry when we got here. We started with fried pickles. They were good. My friend ordered one of the poutines with meat. I tried the vegeterian gnocchi one. I think it was confusion on my part that I thought as it is poutine it will be fries mixed with gnocchi and other toppings. Overall it tasted good. Serving size was pretty big as well. I was not able to finish it. Overall experience was nice.

Interesting burger place that serves up combinations of ingredients for tasty burgers and fries. The homemade lemonade was like candy in a drink. Very sweet and sour. Friendly staff and contemporary vibe of the space. Nice display of art to go with the eclectic mix of burgers.

Burgers were awesome!! Nothing super mind blowing but pretty solid burgers. The sauces they have are also really great. Only problem with this place was the waitress with shaved underside hair was rude and in a hurry to take our plates away when we weren’t done and especially when there was like 2 people in the restaurant. Experience would’ve been better had the waitress been more attentive to the customers.

Great variety of burgers and poutines. A burger of the week every week of the year. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Quebec City for burgers. The 300 St-Paul one is the best of all. Special thanks to its chef and team of proprietaries that work hard on the Victor brand/menu. Each branch got a few unique burgers and signature poutines. Good choice of regional beers. If you are still up, good desserts and a mention to the good coffees/teas. **Place to hit during poutine/burger weeks**

Enjoyable food with a couple of vegan options. The menu was well labeled for restrictions. The atmosphere was great with pretty indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Nice bistro with good atmosphere. Went to it during Poutine Week and managed to score a duck confit poutine and a smoked meat poutine. Both were delicious! Everyone else in the group enjoyed their various dishes too. Good variety of drinks available for all tastes. Would recommend as a place to eat.

The burger and fries were just ok, not offensive just not amazing. Service was ok nothing special. If it was nicer the outdoor seating area looks nice. Portions are large.

Amazing burger spot with one of the best poutines I’ve had. Very nice and attentive servers. Don’t skip on the sangria pitcher as it’s very fresh, huge and good value!

We were waiting for our train at Gare du Palais station and discovered this place nearby. Amazing burgers! I had the Le Guerrier burger and loved it. Fries were crispy, as I requested. The maple creme brulee was delish. Decor is pretty cool too.

I came here with a group of friends after it was recommended to us. The food was delicious and the meal servings were more than enough, which made it worth the money. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely try the poutine!

Spacious and has a good ambience. Loved the buffalo chicken burger, but the rest of the dishes were not up to the expectations. We were told the burger comes with a side dish of soup or salad, but they ended up charging extra for the salad (although they didn't for the soup). Staff speak English. We ordered: Vegan poutine - disappointed The veganator - decent Le verguez - just ok Buffalo chicken burger - Spicy and great!

Seemed like a great place. It had a great atmosphere, good aesthetic and a lean vibe. Ordered a vegetarian burger with poutine. The burger was soy based and not that good. The poutine had parmesan instead of cheese curds and was really underwhelming.

Amazing burger and poutine! Both were great. Lots of options for burgers and a good amount of options for different poutines too. Also tried the five cheese bites and they were great as well. Service lacked very much unfortunately. I’m not sure if they were under staffed but after requesting ketchup from two different servers (after our meals had came.. meaning we were sitting there waiting to eat) we watched each of them serve at least two other tables (taking orders and delivering drinks). After my third ask, she apologized and finally brought it over. The atmosphere of the place is great though (clean, modern, and trendy) and the food was wonderful too so for those reasons, we will definitely be back!

The burgers were amazing along with the sauce on the side for the fries. The poutine also tasted amazing!

Great staff, amazing burgers. Love the look of this place. Nice terrace too. The booths look really cool, adds a nice touch. Clean bathrooms, not directly in the restaurant (shared with different businesses too I believe) Again, the burgers .. 🤩🤌 delicious

I ordered the burger Montagnard and there was no lettuce, no tomato and never tasted the famous pesto mayo. It was dry! The soup on the other hand was delicious!!!! The popcorn was very good as well and so were the fried calamari and shrimps.

Absolutely terrible! Food and service. If you don’t speak French you don’t get service. Poutine was awful. Cheese curds were cold and when we complained, the waitress said that was how poutine is supposed to be. Shameful! Burger was dry and not edible. Waitress was rude and only checked on us when she took our order. Had to stand up to get her attention to pay and leave. Told her food was awful, she didn’t even flinch. Practically threw the payment machine at us and didn’t even thank us when we left. Did not care one bit. Save your money. McDonald’s has better poutine!

Nice ambiance! I had the Mediterranean burger which was delicious. The fries were a bit bland, but you get to choose from a variety of mayonnaise for dip.

It's been a long time since I've had such a bad experience. We ordered through Uber eats- first the restaurant did not have what I ordered so I had to change my order. Then the driver had to wait 20+ minutes at the restaurant for the order to be ready. Then, when we finally got our food, not only was it cold but my order was totally incorrect and they also did not provide cutlery or napkins we requested. As we are staying in a hotel we did not have cutlery so we literally had to eat poutine and salads with our hands!!! Would you enjoy that meal experience? I would give zero stars if I could. If you can't provide a basic level of service you shouldn't be in business.

Best burger I ever ate! I never eat the bread and I inhaled everything! Would definitely recommend! Service excellent as well.

The best vegetarian burger ever. It was pretty solid and filling. The fries were awesome as was the spicy sauce. And the vegetarian poutine, amazing !! Thanks to Nicholas for an excellent and super friendly service.

I had not been there for a very long time, and never at this location. But it was as good as in my memories. The menu are different, but equally original ( with some all time classics). Their mayos are tasty too.

The food here was so delicious we had to return after our first visit to try more poutines. Their burger was flavourful and juicy and their side poutines were a generous size. What stood out about their poutines was that their tastes were unique - it wasn't just regular gravy+cheese curds with stuff dumped on top. The buffalo poutine was a little spicy and the buffalo sauce blended so well with the rest of the poutine. Their poutine of the week was a pulled pork with fried onions on top. The unique BBQ sauce they used went deliciously with the fries and gravy. Overall, we had great service and amazing meals I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Chez Victor's to at least have one meal there!

Nice place ! The fried chicken was good and a little sweet which was a surprising good taste. Good selection of local beers. Easy to park in front of resto. And they have an outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

We had such an excellent lunch here!! We had the hugest salad and iced cold beer on their lovely patio. The servers were all so kind and helpful…and they all spoke English which was great for us because our French is a bit rusty!!! Would definitely recommend!!

As a vegan, I was incredibly impressed with the menu! There were many options, and it was very refreshing to see that they use an array of vegan meats, cheeses, and mayo in their burgers. You get the real burger experience without sacrificing any condiments. Good value for your money here.

This was the most expensive ($21) and least enjoyable burger I may have ever had. It tasted like sawdust and had a very strange texture. I ate less than half and ate about 5 fries. I had ordered the dipping sauce samples for the fries and even they had no flavour. I am not a picky eater at all but I could not eat my meal. The server asked if I liked it and I said not really (that was obvious as my plate was still full) but I don’t like to complain as it’s not the servers’ fault. My daughter ordered the same burger and also poutine…which she loves…but felt the same and didn’t eat even half of her meal either. This was my only bad meal in Quebec City.
