You are better off at la panthère verte if you're in Montreal or with the A & W beyond meat burger.

WARNING! ...... I Went with a friend (Couronne St) and we both spent about 40$ each. I wanted to try as much as possible and we were very excited! Nice place and great ideas. I really do see the concept and its great but..... Yes very expensive and thats okay if the taste would have been there but it did not even come close to my vegetarian home cooking and their lacked flavor and seasoning. I took the energy bowl tempeh with conjac noodles and was soo very dissapointed! Not enough sauce and the flavors were not present. The tempeh was dry and did not have enough sauce. Overall it was raw veggies (with no sauce or seasoning)and salade and dry tempeh. I could give this place a few tricks on how to make tempeh taste great!!!! And the little thick sauce just does not work! Sushi shop makes better vege poke bowls which are cheaper and same concept and much more tasty! Then i took bbq tempeh sandwich ...Eww im sorry it was discusting! And i am not a picky eater i love everything(very rare i do not like somthing) very dry! Tasted very weird and maybe sour or not good anymore. We took pictures presentation was very nice tho. The only tasty thing was the wings even if they are over salted. My friend got the poutine and not very tasty either. Sogy and dissapointing for the price. HERE IS THE WARNING PART! A few hours later! We were both very sick! Stomach ache, bloated, diarrhea, awful night! Both decided we would never go back and told all our friends not to go. A month later my mother goes to the copper branch in lebourgneuf the new one and sure enough spent the night throwing up with gas and diarrhea and one of the worst nights in over 3 years!!! Very sorry to say somthing is wrong here . Either the employee cleanliness is lacking or the food is simply bad.

I know it's a chain restaurant, and in a food court, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was delicious! I don't usually like or order bowls at all, but they were just about to close and I had no other options so I got the Aztec with Shiitake Teriyaki chicken. I was blown away! It had so much flavor and nutrition, and it was truly an immensely satisfying dinner. Even their takeout packaging is all paper cardboard, so I love their sustainability. The next day I tried the shiitake teriyaki burger and it was equally as yummy but a much smaller, less filling meal. The s'mores cookie was delicious, especially warmed. I finally ordered the ultimate bagel sandwich (later at the Montreal location), and unfortunately that was my least favorite meal there. I did not like the odd tasting "copper sauce" and it just felt like it was all just warmed up from being frozen, which it was. Overall, I would love to keep eating here if I lived in the country.

The food is really good, although not on the cheap side, but it is worth it! The smoothies are amazing and the service was also quick and friendly. Although I personally don't recommend the coffee here; go for the smoothies instead!

Great variety, good service and love the combination of flavors. We've now eaten three out of five meals there. Great to have a high qualityvegan placed near where we are staying! Solid restaurant in Place Laurier. I had a delicious beet burger with a energy smoothie. Quick service and a nice choices of food in the menu. Many choices of vegan foods. Delicious and healthy. For those who have a mental aversion for vegan, this is the place to step forward and get yourself a meal. We where delighted and surprised to find this spot right by our hotel near old Quebec. Cafeteria style restaurant with excellent fare and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a excellent vegan meal while on the go, stop by here! There’s a variety of burgers, power bowls, smoothies, breakfast items, soups, desserts, and coffee and tea. I had the Aristotle power bowl with brown rice and Tempeh. I had a large size bowl which was really filling. There’s seating downstairs and upstairs. I will definitely return for second meal!

Great healthy vegan fast food located in the upper food court of a huge indoor mall.

Spacious, well-lit space with very friendly staff. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl to go. It was very good. I wanted to take out hot sauce but they only had bottles fir eat-in diners.

I tried their bowls but it was just not my type of food. Not enough seasoning and very bland. The tempeh tasted funny and had a weird aftertaste.

Well to begin with, I didn't realize it was in a mall food court when I got directions to go there (so that definitely coloured my experience). The service was fast and the employees were polite, but the food just wasn't very good. It was $9 for a small veg poutine, that had no cheese curds, and whose sauce/seasoning was heavily loaded with black pepper--way too much black pepper. I didn't enjoy it at all, and it left me with a stomach ache after. Perhaps the food bowls were better, but I don't think I will return

This food branch makes the healthiest vegan fast food I've seen. Everything is customizable and all of the ingredients are listed to make sure you have all the information for allergies

Very few in attendance. may be because it was a week day afternoon. But it's my favourite place for a vegetarian meal, AZTEC. Good staff, smiling faces. The food is fresh and better than at the Laurier copper branch.

The manager was rude and very inflexible, did not want to give extra veggies even when offered to pay extra

I initially balked at the idea of eating at a mall food court, this ended up being the best vegan meal we had in Quebec City! The vegan poutine was delicious, but I'm glad they had lots of healthier options as well.

The food here was very good, and very well priced. The chili wasn't so good, but the bowls and poutine were excellent! Great variety, good service and love the combination of flavors. We where delighted and surprised to find this spot right by our hotel near old Quebec. Cafeteria style restaurant with excellent fare and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Copper Deluxe burger with a kamut bun and I received a gluten-free bun instead which was disappointing. I'm not even sure the patty was made of beetroots because it was brown/greyish and it didn't taste beetroot at all.

We go to CB in Montreal alllll the time. How excited I was to find one in downtown QC while here on business. Both times I went (2 separate trips) I was disappointed by the lack of consistency amongst the stable menu items, right down to the small salad, the little box was hardly full of anything but air and I paid $5 for that? Where are my vegetables? The only good thing upon ordering was the friendly new employees but it is clear to me now, after my 3rd visit they need a bit of training on quality assurance and consistency among the Copper Branch brand. It may be franchised like Subway, but consistency is key if you want to maintain clients and attract new ones. Maybe next month it will be better.

What Google doesn't say is that this location is in a good court. For a food court it is pretty good but that wasn't what I was looking for or expecting. I'm not sure if at one time this was a larger restaurant but as of Dec 2019, it's in the food court of the mall. Again, a very nice food court a nice booth with friendly service .

They were out of many menu items. Food arrived cold and with out requested utensils. Not sure how you are suppose to eat soup with your hands. 2 stars instead of 1 simply because they are vegan.

My new favorite place for vegan lunch in Quebec City! Absolutely love the Mediterrano and the Aztec power bowls. The small size is enough for me (small woman). The zucchini brownie is also a must try! The poutine have an unusual sauce and could have more cheese on. Not my favorite but it was ok. They also donate to Rainforest Trust so dont forget to get a loyalty card to participate in the charity program.
