The place is way too crowded. You cannot follow a workout routine because of this. Probably the worst gym I’ve been to.

Well kept gym, nice equipment, employees are there to answer your questions. Overall a good gym for the price you pay.

Although I enjoy the gym itself, I'm considering switching elsewhere as twice in the past two months (and I've only been a member since August), staff have shown up late to open the gym. This morning I waited for 35mins before finally leaving, so have no idea what time it managed to open....extremely unprofessional.

Very bad business idea to not have an option for drop in fee or other option - only offering a year long membership. I visit Quebec City a few times a year and previous gym had drop in fee. Im now here for a month and they re losing $150 in drop in fee. Hope someone change their policy.
