It's been about one to two years since I've been here. I am Korean Canadian. I had the worst experience with your cashier in quebec and It highly affected my view on quebec and quebec people. U know when the cashier gets ur order they ask your name? He didnt ask instead he puts an stereotypical asian looking face on the cup which I discovered before my dad when he was drinking in front of me. I was so pissed that I acutally saw this kind of racism in Canada, in Quebec. I went to that cashier and scolded him, of course he was in denial but there is definately racism going on with him. I know that I cant just judge on everyone by one stupid cashier but I will be honest, I dont want to go back to Quebec when there is a big chance I can experience racism by a highly uneducated cashier. Asians, black or Hispanics, check your cups before you get ur coffee. If he's still around there, he might have drawn ur racial face on the coffee cup instead of your name.

I usually don't take coffee. So this review is not about coffee. The drink with kiwi was not as expected. U can skip this. It was very diluted I think. But my friends liked the frappe. This place is costly than Tim Horton's though.

If you want a 30 words long description coffee, this is the place for you! On the expansive side but tasty and full of choices.

A nice place to stop at in the lower town. Lots of locals and fun passing by ambiance. The staff is friendly. The coffee shop is clean. Seating is a little limited but with a little wait at times you always end up getting a place.

If you speak a minimal amount of French, or none at all the individual's here seem to understand. It also tastes great. Stronger coffee taste in the fraps, but I quite like it.

Good service and smiling staff, bit pricey for those with low income, having cheaper option or better deal could help them.

I don't go there to often and I can't say I'm that fond of their coffee, but it's a great place to stop by every once in a while for a fast service (and some much needed caffeine). I love it for their convenience more than for their products. Plus the staff is always nice.

I am a Starbucks alcoholic... However this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I travel all over the United States and Canada. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and unfriendly... I actually had one guy tell me when I told him he wasted my time by not telling me there was no dark roast available he said will you wasted my time. The store is not clean and on Saturday and Sunday mornings they open at 7:30 but you're lucky if you're in the door by 7:35 and they have nothing ready. Totally unacceptable

....It's a Starbucks. Don't expect anything else than what they usually advertise. The staff here makes all the difference. Super friendly and competent. They're the reason I've become a regular.

Sweetest smiling staff ever! Such amazing service, never disappointed!! Bonus: there's coffee!

The barista was very friendly at this location w/c helped me feel welcome even though I didn't speak French. The store had a welcoming & cozy vibe. I will definitely consider going back to this location again.
