😐 This place is a hidden gem. Atmosphere is cozy and classic, and food is really delicious specially the Sarza Plus and Saumon Fume Gratin they are a must try. However we are giving them only 3 stars as the service is super slow and servers are not that attentive. There were empty tables and huge line... This place is a hidden gem. Atmosphere is cozy and classic, and food is really delicious specially the Sarza Plus and Saumon Fume Gratin they are a must try. However we are giving them only 3 stars as the service is super slow and servers are not that attentive. There were empty tables and huge line ups but they haven't cleaned them until later while people were waiting eagerly to sit. Be prepared to spend 1.5-2 hrs to have a breakfast at this place

Fresh bagels are made in front of us. There’s a kitchen with a view. The good feeing after having freshly made are absolutely fantastic. The prices are nominal. The coffee was great, The Montreal bagels were crisps on the outside and soft n chewy on the inside which is exactly what we were looking for.

The best breakfast ever. Their bagels are hand crafted and freshly made. love that they have wide range of vegetarian options. We went for breakfast here and loved it so much that we got our lunch packed from here. Each and every item we had here was satisfactory to the last bite. Even their yogurt was amazing, haven't had anything like that ever in my life. It's definitely a must must place to have a breakfast or brunch when visiting Quebec city.

Excellent - and hip - bagel café! Absolutely loved the bagel and veggies paté and cheeses. (Took a few of the Montreal-style bagels home, too.) The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious. I will be returning frequently!

Small rustic cafe with a soul. Food was made well, with care. I ordered a cream cheese bagel with egg and bacon. My partner order oatmeal with dates and fruits. Their raspberry jam was a heavenly gift! We decided to sit indoors during summer , in order to enjoy the mouthwatering aromas of fresh bagels. Coffee was basic , but good. Orange juice was fresh.

Bagels are great, and the staff was very polite. Ham is pretty good, poached egg is even better.

Cannot rave about this place enough! The bagels are exceptional! If I wasn’t travelling, i would have grabbed a few bags to take with me. So soft and scrumptious! Had a salmon and pesto on a bagel with a cappuccino. Cannot complain about the service… slightly slow but that was a given because the early morning rush did not end. Was lucky to reach at a good time early morning before the big rush. Even then, they managed to have everyone settled in to eat with whatever seating capacity they had so no one had to wait too long. Kudos to the great management! Definitely a must try if you’re here!

It was really good food, the beagles are made in house, hence they are so fresh and soft. The staff was so friendly and nice. I just wished the quantity was a little larger. I do recommend the place for those in QC.

Must visit place for breakfast if you are in quebec city! Its a small place and always have a queue! We did get a table but the wait to place order and to get the food on table was long! Once the food arrived, we were so happy to look at the plates! We ordered bagel au gratin, la sarza, coffee, bagel sandwiches and everything was just too too good! You can taste freshness in every bite of food! The coffee was good too! They serve most of the breakfast with fresh fruits. You can replace fruits with salad if you want! Would love to go there for my everyday breakfast if only i could! 🥰 Gratins were definitely the best!

By far the best breakfast bagel I have ever had in my life! What a gem of a place. I got a salmon lox with cream cheese on my bagel. Also the side salad was delicious, the dressing really was a star. Wish I had stayed longer in Quebec city just for this...

Really nice restaurant with a small outdoor seating, serving tasty bagels from breakfast bagels to lunch/grilles bagels. Everything was delicious and fresh from the fruits to the bread. Breakfast bagels include coffee in the price. We took the Poussin and Veggie Poussin, both great. Staff was super friendly. Wifi available.

What a find in Quebec city!!! Bagels are great breakfast omelette was out of this world, most of the menu is organic and fresh and most of the foods are sourced locally. Many vegan options. This place is not on the tourist beat but definitely worth a small detour. Staff and ambiance are fab.

Amazing bagels and even better service experience! This quaint bagel shop is in one of the nicest residential areas of downtown Quebec City. Their sesame bagels featured in the image below. 10/10 would recommend for couples and families here on holiday or who live in the Quebec area. Not too far for a walk to the lovely Chateau Frontenac…

The service and coffee was good. The bagels were a bit dry and tasteless for me.

Absolutely delicious. Better than the Montreal one. Had the salmon and the Hungarian spice salami with a super fresh and seasoned salad. 5 start. Staff super kind and helpful! Definitely worth the 30min walk!

I was so excited to see what all the hype was about….. it is in fabulously cute neighborhood, serves amazing tasty/perfectly crunchy bagel but it look a looooonnnnggg time to get the food on the table, and water refills while waiting.. Would go back with hopes of better service all around!

What a great experience! We sat outside in the sun and had the most delicious lunch. The bagel was open faced with asparagus, ham and warm melted cheese. Came for the bagels but also highly rate the salad!

The service is very slow, had to almost wait for 45-50 mins before the food arrived. BUT it was worth the wait! Delicious bagels - pictured here is the the spicy salami bagel :) EDIT- thank you so much for responding to me! No problem at all. Enjoyed my meal :)

Really tasty bagel. Bagels are homemade. You can eat them inside the restaurant, or buy them to take them home. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Amazing bagels! Went here based on a recommendation and would definitely come back to try more types. I enjoyed my gratiné but actually came back on the very next day to get a bag of assorted bagels for the whole family. This is a great little resto every bagel lover should check out, I'll definitely be back in the future. I recommend the cinnamon raisin, blue berry, and cheese varieties but you really cannot go wrong!

Bagels are very yummy and the service is excellent. The handsome young man of the cafe is very helpful and friendly. He always take the initiative to help customers. eg He saw us taking photos outside the shop, he would come out and help us out. This cafe is highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Waisted 20 minutes waiting in line to order for take out. Waitress says “let me ask my colleague if we do takeout” okay, waited another 10 mins. She forgot to get back to us. Finally go in to order. Waited 25 mins to get our food .. and of course it was ridiculous! Burnt (salmon) bagel! No fruit.. no caper like written on menu … yup never again! Overpriced. Should’ve left like the couple before us!

Best bagels I've ever had. I ordered the western sandwich and the bagels were very soft and easy to bite on the inside. Service was also very polite and friendly.
