It hard to judge a place only for some things that I try, but my overall impression is that the spend to much time on the appearance of their pastries, but not enough on the taste and flavour of them. The penguin had no flavour, the mushrooms was to intense, the orange one was ok, and the round one, was actually the only one we liked. I guess the price it reflects the time and effort they put on the presentation, but I’m more about flavour than looks .

Yum yum yum.. fell in love with this place the second i walked in. I wanted to try everyone. It all looks so good..we DID buy many of the desserts and pastries and brought them back to Toronto to share with our extended family. Everyone was wowed by the look and the taste of each and every delight! What a absolute treat! Beyound Excellent for flavor and freshness! We bought 2 coffees, 4 pastries ( 2 croissants and fruit danishes) and 6 desserts and 6 macaroons. Total any $80. Worth every penny!

One of the best Patisserie is Quebec City. Tried couple of pastries and they were the best I have tried in Quebec

I can't say enough good things about the pastries here. The selection was great, and everything was just stunning. Kudos to the pastry chefs here, everything was outstanding. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something sweet. Prices were great considering how elaborate everything was.

I stayed nearby and went to this place 4 days of the 5 days I lived nearby! The lady who served us was sweet and courteous. She would always handover a fresh croissant right out of the baking tray. The coffee is pretty good as well. The chocolate almond croissant is the best I've ever had.

Finally got the chance to visit this bakery second time in Quebec City. Everything was great! We ordered four kinds as shown in the photo. Everything was very good. The twist with strawberry jam was a tad sweet for me but it is very delicious. Service was good. Coffee was also good. Definitely worth the 20 minutes walk here from the hotel. It was a busy place but doesn’t have the crazy line up like Paillard.

This my second time to come here during my trip. Cakes are good and with a lot of variety. Only the hot pie was not hot in the middle. You can have the regular coffee refilled.

So much better than the bakeries in the old city. The orange croissant is superb. The mocha is lovely. Tried a few of their sandwiches. The bread was very fresh. Cheese was just right. Theres plenty of room to sit and friendly staff.
