Its.. not that great. I dont know if it was because it was a busy day but it took me like 15 mins to get my food, and I didnt like it that much. But again, I assume it was a busy day. 3/5

Decent food. Nice waitresses. Polite.

Food is bad, lots of meat but bad taste and pizza wasn’t even cut and didn’t look like pizza and not cheap 50$ for medium pizza and spaghetti and fries!!!!

Reasonable Prices…Great Food Quality as always.. Friendly and Courteous Staff… Reason for 4 stars is that they did’nt have some items from the menu,otherwise it a good place to Dine in. Spacious Seating,Nice small Patio Area as well.

Great place for breakfast. Our server Lucie was amazing, the food was served hot, and was excellent. Look forward to returning to this spot on our next vacation.

Food is fine for a diner. Service this morning was slow, for us. Others around us were seated and served in a very reasonable time. Not sure why we waited 25 minutes to have our order taken only to get cold eggs. Disappointing.

My family enjoy the food there so I had to accompany them. We picked the restaurant side since no one of us drink alcohol. The waitress wasn't aware of the poster on the front door that advertised low prices for some food items. We had to go back to take a look and notice it was only in the bar section (why didn't the waitress know about their promotions or told us it was only there?). The temperature of the room was cold. Not all the food items were on the menu as well. Cappuccino brewery was broken too. There were lots of people, it was noisy as it gets. I got the wrong food item order but I was too hungry to care but my food intolerance got the best of me (and I've told them about it prior to this but I wasn't aware gravy sauce was made with ingredients I'm intolerant and neither did the waitress probably). Not really a good experience overall and I never had a positive experience at any Normandin I went to for years but hey, family picks always wins and some people enjoy highly pricey food. My family said the waitress wasn't keen on refilling the glasses of soft drinks or the coffee though so let's say : 2/5

Very nice food at a very affordable price

Copius breakfast sets you up for a day of walking in Old Quebec. Great breakfast plate at a reasonable price, good service, regular coffee fillups. Going back tomorrow.

Good place to have a bite to eat when they bring you your plate at least there's something in it and snug partially filled thank you very much the service was amazing

Reasonable price, good service and fine taste

Have been going for years at this restaurant for breakfast everytime we stay in Quebec City . Went again this week with 14 people and breafast is still very good along with a friendly waitress we got . Went back on Sunday with a reservation we had for over 1 week for 12pm for 20 people . Well we waited over 1 hour to get a table nothing was ready for our group not what you expect when you have kids and babies. We waited again more then 1h30 to get our food.. We left the restaurant around 3h30. Just crazy to go somewhere for a restaurant and have to stay all that time. Poor waitress did her best but the restaurant is so much shortstaff that it's not fun at all. Lots of people at the door that left because of all the waiting time. Was the food good yes it was. The poor waitress I give her a 5 star but the restaurant will get a 2 for the lack of caring of there customers.

Nothing fancy but always reliable, home like food no matter which one you go to. Breakfasts are great.

The food is average, good but nothing special. The desserts though, oh yeah, those are 5 star! The brownie is perfect!
