2-stars,
mostly
for
customer
service.
They
answer
the
phone
fast,
which
is
great.
But,
I
called
for
a
concern
on
my
delivery
:
1)
i
saw
the
price
of
the
item
I
got
was
now
cheaper
on
their
website,
and
2)
it
didn't
look
exactly
what
I
had
ordered.
The
lady
told
me
it's
just
the
price
that
had
changed
and
there's
nothing
she
could've
done
for
me.
For
my
delivery
concern,
she
told
me
they
needed
to
talk
to
their
supervisor
before
calling
me
back
-
which
they
never
did
call
back.
I
went
back
in
store
and
they
solved
my
issue
quickly
and
said
that
they
offered
price
match
30-days
after
delivery.
Good
thing
I
went
in
store
because
the
lady
over
the
phone
1)
didn't
call
me
back,
and
2)
provided
misinformation.
This
experience
alone
doesn't
justify
a
two-stars,
however
this
goes
on
top
of
my
initial
3-star
reviews
detailed
below.
All
in
all,
Brick
will
remain
a
last
resort
option
for
me
when
purchasing
furniture.
You
can't
track
an
order,
you
have
to
call
to
know
what's
going
on.
It's
a
pretty
standard
feature
by
today's
standards...
still
waiting
for
my
delivery
which
has
been
pushed
back
by
3
weeks.
Good
thing
I
called,
otherwise
I
had
no
idea
it
was
taking
longer
than
expected.
Hopefully
the
delivery
goes
well.
They
answered
the
phone
very
fast,
though.
