I needed help with a couch I wanted and was served by Eli. He was amazing and was able to help me with my request and get me a great deal. He was very professional and kind and his responses were very quick. He made this whole process very easy for me. I am so happy with my service and would highly recommend!!

I visited this store for the first time ever yesterday, and I don't think I'll be coming back! I was looking for decoration furniture for my house and even though three sales man saw that I was interested in purchasing one piece and even went to the cash register TO PAY no one ever showed up to make the sale. It goes without saying, that after almost five minutes waiting for anybody to sell me the product I wanted, I left.

Bad experience with delivery and installation of washer and dryer. First, Date changed for delivery due to missing parts, ok that happens. 2nd, Ask for a bilingual installer as the person home only knew english. 3rd, Due to the language issues, the washer/dryer not properly connected. Hot water was connected to cold and cold connected to hot.we found out due to the washer having an error code. 4th, Due to issue with my vent (my fault) the dry not connected, but was told wash was good, but since the dryer was not connected a "Y" junction had an open end, thus causing water to pour on the floor. I am disappointed in the services provided.

would give zero strars if possible. The delivery sub-contractor is terrible and rude. Service from the brick is non existant and they rather talk than listen to the customer.

Edit: I changed my rating from 3 to 2-stars, mostly for customer service. They answer the phone fast, which is great. But, I called for a concern on my delivery : 1) i saw the price of the item I got was now cheaper on their website, and 2) it didn't look exactly what I had ordered. The lady told me it's just the price that had changed and there's nothing she could've done for me. For my delivery concern, she told me they needed to talk to their supervisor before calling me back - which they never did call back. I went back in store and they solved my issue quickly and said that they offered price match 30-days after delivery. Good thing I went in store because the lady over the phone 1) didn't call me back, and 2) provided misinformation. This experience alone doesn't justify a two-stars, however this goes on top of my initial 3-star reviews detailed below. All in all, Brick will remain a last resort option for me when purchasing furniture. You can't track an order, you have to call to know what's going on. It's a pretty standard feature by today's standards... still waiting for my delivery which has been pushed back by 3 weeks. Good thing I called, otherwise I had no idea it was taking longer than expected. Hopefully the delivery goes well. They answered the phone very fast, though.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Brick! Erik was fantastic and very professional. We described what we were looking for and he found everything we needed at great prices. The delivery of all items were done exactly when we wanted them and the delivery guys were great! Couldn't have asked for a better experience will definitely be buying any future furniture there!
