The Benedict’s were excellent and the menu has lots of variety. We enjoyed this location tremendously and will be certain to seek out other B&F locations whenever we’re on the road. Staff are super friendly and I was impressed at how quick the food made it out despite the restaurant being very busy and us being a family of 5.

I just want to clarify before sharing my experience that this review ONLY concerns the Ben & Florentine on Wilfred-Pelletier. We wanted to eat in restaurant, but when we arrived, we found out that the restaurant was exceptionally closed for this weekend because of a lack of personnel. That in itself doesn't bother me (it's not their fault!), but we had tried calling the restaurant over 5 times to see if we could reserve and they never answered our calls. Also, there was no information on the website of the dining room being closed. In fact, their website indicates that the dining room is open! So, there was no warning that the dining room was closed. That was rather disappointing. We therefore decided to order take-out. The food was prepared very quickly and it was very good. However, DO NOT ORDER SMOOTHIES HERE. They are more like juice than smoothies and quickly become watered down. Overall, the food was excellent and the food came quickly, but I would order from the Ben & Florentine in Ancienne Lorette instead if you can. The food is as good, the smoothies are much better, and they answer your calls! We were originally going to eat there, but they informed us that their dining room also wasn't open because of a lack of personnel.

One of the best breakfast places I have experienced in my life. The menu has an incredible amount of variety and flavors. Totally recommend this place. I just wish there was a location near me in the US.

The plates were well garnished and contained a nice variety of filling ingredients. I was not hungry until dinner. Service was pretty good.

What a wonderful establishment. The food here was beyond amazing. I ordered the spinach and avocado omelet, and it was cooked beautifully. My boyfriend ordered the ham and cheese crepe, and it was incredible. We did the Chateau Frontenac breakfast buffet the day before eating here, and honestly, this breakfast was much better. The service was incredible. They offered us English menus to help us understand and were so kind and helpful. In terms of atmosphere, it was a super cute little diner, clean and inviting.

Nice place for breakfast/brunch. They have designed the place well and tastefully. Breakfast items we ordered were good, but nothing incredible. Their house bread is worth doing over normal toast.

Decided to try this place for breakfast as it was the closest restaurant to our hotel with decent reviews. The food was edible. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t very good. The beignets were crispy on the outside but the inner donut was undercooked. I think they were trying for Mr puffs. It didn’t come close. The quantity of the adult meal was similar in size to the kids breakfast. Free parking offered for 2 hours.

The price is really reasonable for the amount of food. Try out the waffles, you won't be disappointed. One of the very few advantages after COVID, is that the restaurant needs to respect new measures, meaning it is way quieter than before. Less overwhelming, more friendly.

The food is delicious but unfortunately, if you don’t speak french, you won’t be treated nicely.

Stoped in Quebec for breakfast. Food: 5/5 The food was delicious, as a tourist in QC, the flavour they had to offer was great! Eggs, bacons with sweet crepe was a very interesting mix! The plate could have been a little more organized but flavour is a win win. Service: 5/5 As non French speaking guests, the staff did their best to communicate with us with pleasant attitude and a smile! Coffee was always refilled and asked if we needed anything else. Atmosphere: 5/5 The place was very clean. Simple dinning breakfast design which was exactly what we were looking for! Comfortable and pleasant

Coming from Ontario we did not understand or speak French but they helped us by communicating in English and made us comfortable. Wait time was a bit longer.

The restaurant is located in an office building. Validate your parking ticket with the staff. Food was delicious and only breakfast place I've been to with quinoa. However there was hair on my eggs and sausage in my vegetarian dish for extra protein I guess. The staff was very apologetic and quick to make a new dish.

I know this place from Oakville, Ontario. So when we discovered there's one in Quebec City we decided to go, it was the best decision made.. The place is very clean, service is really good..our server tried his best to communicate with us in english, he even brought us the English menus 😊.. The kids menu comes with choice of juice or milk, and the kids get to keep the cups as souvenirs...
