Amazingly tasty poutine. We ate the traditional and Frites Alors and also the lamb murgueza sandwich was tasty even though messy. The regular is a very generous portion. Finally feel like our trip to Quebec is a success!

One of the best poutines I’ve ever had. We had the La Frite Alors poutine which was awesome. The fries weren’t mushy as it’s usually the case with poutines and the sauce was just otherworldly. Absolutely recommend!

I grew up in Quebec City and ate Poutine on the regular, eventually I moved out to Boston many, many years ago.I was in Quebec City over the weekend and let me tell you guys something! Great place loved it, we came from Ontario so didn't really know French's be was trying to figure out the French menu outside, but clearly that didn't work out. Then a waitress came out with a English menu for us to read, the chef was also super nice when he took our order! 😀👌There were plenty of items on the menu but we were there for the poutine! The poutine was great with plenty of flavour, and the waiting also wasn't too long. Overall a great experience and really helped me enjoy my time in Quebec. 😎🍟🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷

One of Quebec great place to eat fries. A little bit expensive but the quality of your greasy food is top notch. Lots of choices. Good quality soft drinks too. The service is friendly and looks happy to work there. The decoration is cartoon simple. Cool place.

The poutine & the smoked meat sandwich were SO GOOD. We appreciated that Frite Alors! had menus available in English, as we don't speak French. Thank you for that! Ordered the La Ginette Poutine & Smoked Meat Sandwich with fries & mayo. The poutine was very generously sized & heavy on the toppings. All the toppings tastes fresh & the fries were hot & crispy. The Smoked Meat Sandwich was thick with tender meat, very flavourful. Even the simple fries with mayo were very tasty 🤌 Food was quick to arrive to our table & service was friendly. Will return & recommend to those visiting Quebec City.

I eat more than 20000 times poutine in Ontario but I never eat a poutine like this, the size is huge and have lots of meat of it. I order a Chouya poutine, it taste like Asian flover but still keep traditional Canada style. Even it taste little bit salty for me, it still become my recommend restaurant in Quebec city.

We had the best poutine and burger experience during our trip in Canada at this location. Definitely recommend the Montréalaise Poutine. Pay this place a visit, you won’t regret it!

Awesome poutine. The fries were crunchy and the gravy was delish, had a nice kick to it. We ordered the Vladimir (regular poutine), large to split. We both wish we had gotten each a medium to ourselves, the large needed more fries and cheese curds. Overall super good.

A friendly host, made me comfortable by pulling out a translated menu and conversing in English. I ordered a poutine with pulled pork and extra bacon, tasted delicious. The fries were a bit overcooked but overall a good experience.

The poutine is just amazing! Full of flavour and also gluten free (although don't guarantee it for celiac). Local beer on tap was also great!

Came by this place and ordered some take out poutine, as their dine-in was closed during the mid afternoon. Grabbed a small classique poutine. It was a good size portion to hit that craving, though could have been a bit bigger. The cheese was very good, just wish I had more. The fries and gravy were nice and savoury. Would definitely return to try another poutine and a larger size. The chef making the poutine was nice as well, which is always a plus.

We had the general Tso poutine and a burger. Both were excellent and service was great. It was pretty empty when we came in but they had sanitizer available near the front. The food came fast and we didn’t have to wait a long time. Get the spicy mayo, it’s really good.

The gentleman was friendly. The menu was only in Fench but he helped un choosing the right food. Although the size of the burger was not that big, but I really like the poutine over there.

Burger may daughter ordered was good but the smoke meat sandwich was the star. Fatty and thin sliced meat with the noticeable brown sugar taste and pepper crust made it the best I tasted this visit in Quebec. Poutine with a slight spice quick to it also. Price closer to 20CA but at least you will enjoy it.

A restaurant I would travel back to Quebec City for. Probably the best poutine I've had in my entire life. The fries had a crisp that was perfect and like nothing that's come close. Considering the circumstance that's amazing. This was the last day of my brief trip to Quebec City and I was trying to fit in as much as possible before a flight, so this was eaten quickly. This was preCovid though in Feb 2020. So things may have changed.

Great portion size, tried both chicken and bacon. Tried poutine in multiple places in Ontario never had anything so good. Must try place. Better to share multiple dishes with a group of friends, just so that you can try everything.

Tried classic poutine there, it was pretty good. its made with crispy fires which i like, if you like soft soggy fries, itsnt for you. nice and clean place with good customer service.

Good variety of flavors to choose from, adds a twist to regular poutine. Portion size could be bigger for what you pay, but the quality of food is excellent.

I was excited to try their poutine as many rave about it. I got the classic poutine to get the base experience. I liked it, but was underwhelmed. The gravy tasted like a vegetable grave with very little meat flavor. We much preferred other poutine in Quebec. However, it was large and there were a lot of different kinds to try. The meal itself tasted good, if a bit overpriced. If I came again, I would try a different poutine and skip the other food.

Excellent service. Very polite, even though we do not speak French, the chef tried his best to help us. Very taste, full of flavour. Love it!
