The
rice
had
a
certain
"savoir
faire
a
la
bruleé"
meaning
it
had
a
STRONG
BURNT
expression
to
it,
the
noodles
were
under
cooked,
I
thought
I
was
eating
calamari!
We
ordered
a
dinner
for
4
asking
to
serve
us
a
dinner
for
two
and
box
the
rest
so
we
can
take
it
home
and
the
answer
was
"no,
we
must
serve
the
entire
dinner
and
then
we
will
box
the
rest",
I
found
this
to
be
very
unaccommodating.
Ultimately
we
ordered
a
simple
meal
and
a
dinner
for
4
to
take
home.
When
we
expressed
that
the
rice
had
a
burnt
taste
we
received
a
blah
blah
shoulder
shrug
from
the
waitress.
The
next
day
we
tasted
the
rice
we
brought
home
and
it
too
had
the
same
burnt
taste.
I
think
if
I
was
the
waitress,
I
would
have
checked
if
the
rice
in
the
takeout
had
the
same
awful
taste...she
didn't
and
let
us
go
home
with
it.
We
called
to
complain,
not
for
reimbursement
or
anything
like
that.
Simply
to
give
him
heads
up
on
the
quality
of
the
food
and
he
really
didn't
seem
to
care
about
his
clients.
He
cut
to
the
chase
and
asked
what
we
want
as
a
settlement
for
our
poor
experience,
he
then
offered
a
meal
for
two.
1.
Was
my
wife's
B-Day.
2.
We
had
three
different
waitresses,
non
knowing
what
the
prior
done.
3.
The
rice
had
a
distinct
taste
of
BURNT,
this
is
an
establishment
where
they
serve
RICE
on
a
regular
basis
at
a
high
frequency.
If
the
cook
ruins
50lbs
of
rice
he
should
of
simply
threw
it
away
and
make
a
new
batch
for
the
clients
rather
than
serve
them
burnt
offerings!
4.
The
waitress
knew
the
owner
was
in
the
restaurant
and
did
not
get
him
when
there
was
a
complaint.
Furthermore.
she
did
not
check
if
the
"take
home"
had
burnt
tasting
rice.
5.
The
owner
left
me
with
the
impression
that
he
couldn't
care
less.
All
in
all,
with
what
we
experienced,
we
will
NOT
return
for
the
2
meal
freebie.
I
feel
that
this
establishment
has
more
money
on
their
mind
rather
than
excellent
service
to
their
clients,
the
balance
is
tilting
away
from
customer
satisfaction.
There
will
be
4
inches
of
dust
on
top
of
that
free
meal
envelope
at
the
counter
before
I
decide
to
claim
it.
Hopefully
by
that
time,
the
attitude
and
quality
will
have
changed!
