The place is really fancy. The pumpkin soup and the burger were really good. The rib so soft. But the tuna salad and the steak I try better. The service was nice. Is a bit pricey

Where to begin. Why do I give this restaurant 5 stars? Because it ticks every box for me; service, food and atmosphere. We went back in November 2021 and our server was Joshua, he made the BEST recommendations. They had a good wine and drink selections. They start you off with their house made jerky but we also got the beef carpaccio. It was Joshua's recommendation and it did not disappoint, it would break off as you picked it up, thats how tender it was. We got the cowboy for two, medium rare, with truffle fries and Mac and cheese. The steak was cooked to perfection and it came with carrots, potatoes and the sweetest beets. Afterwards we got this dessert, I can't remember the name, all I can say it was crunchy on the outside and smooth and silky on the inside. The atmosphere was very pleasant and warm. The lighting was perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a nice family outing. Highly recommend it and reservations are needed.

Business partners took us here for lunch this week. Food was amazing. I had fillet mignon that was super tender. One of the guys I was with tried the tomahawk steak. He said it was delicious. Service was great.

Great service! We got the cowboy plate for two. Didn’t love the steak, maybe it was a one off but was a bit disappointed. Nice atmosphere inside. Loved the wine option.

The price definitely worths the food! It’s one of our greatest experience in Quebec City. We ordered two dishes but we got two same dishes. We were pretty surprised that the waiter told us we can keep it if we want and it’s not charged. And he was getting our another order. The service is absolutely wonderful. We would come back to try the streaks if we come to Quebec City again :)

Such a wonderful place ! Amazing food/drinks/desert and kid friendly as well (there’s a kid menu). First time finding a very good restaurant where I can go with my kid and not feel bad, I am very please that we have found this place. Tchann gave us an amazing experience thank you so much !! 👌👌

Very memorable experience. Loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The meat products are Top Quality and this would be my regular Steak House if I lived in the surrounding area. Definitely return next time I'm out visiting beautiful Quebec City.

I was on final evening of a week long motorcycle trip , it was my best friends birthday, so we decided to stop in for a good steak dinner. Both the service and ambiance of the restaurant were fine. Issue was the steaks, we both ordered 15 oz rib eyes , aged 55 days, and honestly they were mediocre at best. Extremely marbled and tough. Perhaps my expectations were too high, as this was supposed to be the best steak house in Quebec City. However, one would expect more from a $300 meal.

Ordered cowboy steak table d’hôte. The appetizer and soup were super. Steak had good flavor. However, the doneness was not consistent. I ordered medium rare but what came out was: edge parts were well done and the inner parts were rare. Portion was big and I packed the rare leftover steaks home. The saving grace was that I microwaved the rare leftover the next morning and they tasted great :)

Hard to recommend after waiting 2 plus hours for food and seeing multiple parties walked. No apologies from the staff / server or no sign of manager. I think an explanation or some attentiveness would go a long way in at least make your customers understand the reason for the long wait. Food is pretty good I had to say. We ordered various type of steaks including both Wagyu, Filet, and Boston Prime. Also ordered the oyster, pork nagano and pork belly which are all excellent. Really unfortunate about the service element so would not repeat.

Truly amazing experience. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything was incredibly good. Service was more than excellent. The place is cozy and not too loud. Would recommend it if you want to treat yourself with the best steak house experience in the city. I've been in a lot of steak houses in America, and I can confidently say this was the best meal I had so far.

If you’re serious about your steak, this is the place to go. The grilled caesar salad was delicious and the cowboy steak was so juicy and tasty. 10/10 recommend

Went there alone with no reservation ( still a good idea to make a reservation if you are a group ). Got lucky and got a nice place at the bar, the table d'hôte offered delicious meal from start to finish. The service was flawless. I was asked if I minded switching places at the bar to make place for a couple, and they kindly offered me a drink for switching place. Nice ambiance, great staff. Nice place to go if you are in the area.

Amazing food, service and ambiance all together. Very helpful waiter, great dishes. Their meat and steakes are just very good. Kids friendly with attentive staff which made our experience that much better. If you are visiting Quebec, you gotta make this a place to visit.

We were here early May with 4 colleagues from Can, US and NL. Took a little time to physically find the place since it’s a bit “hidden” in a tall building. Very friendly personnel, very good selection of various beef, and and a great selection of (red) wines. This was the best place we’ve been to during our business trip!

The food was good. My husband and I ordered a cowboy for two and our 16 years old son ordered a Kansas. When the food came, we did noticed my son’s dish had four shrimps at the top of the steak, we switched our order with our son, since he is allergic to shell fish. When we paid the bill, it showed that a Kansas for two was ordered for my son. My son said he only ordered the Kansas. We asked the waitress, she said she asked our son if he wanted a Kansas for two, she said my son said ok. We took her words and paid the bill, since the Kansas we had did have four shrimps. But when I was back to the hotel and thought about it again. I don’t understand why she asked our 16 years old son if he himself wanted a meal for two people. Additionally, our son is allergic to shell fish, he would not order the Kansas for two with shrimps which is the addition to the Kansas.

Don't be fool by the TikTok post about this restaurant 😖We ordered a plate to share steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was medium well veggies were not cook and when we ask to see the manager, he saw that our steak was medium well never bothered to offer any discount or replace the steak. very disappointed after $250 later, I do not recommend this restaurant
