It was my first time ordering this kind of food. And I guess the last time… I ordered fried rice with mushrooms and beef, and fried dumplings. Beef was very hard to chew and the rice tested so bad, like someone burnt eggs or vegetables when they cooked it and after added it to the rice. And you can taste these burnt ingredients. Disgusting. Also no salt or pepper. The only positive moment is the size of the rice. It’s a very big bowl for 17-20$. But at the same time… huge bowl of burnt rice. Don’t order there. I’m very disappointed.

Sooo slow. Express is ironic I guess… took over an hour. They “lost” my order somehow. This is what happens when there aren’t any adults working. What a joke.

I stopped by right when they were just opening up for the day. I was not sure at first as the menu was in French but the friendly staff were kind to explain the menu and how to order. I had the tofu pad se ew and it was cooked fresh right after I ordered. The taste and size portion were decent good for the price and given it was more of an express/fast food place than a sit down proper restaurant. They also had free peanuts mini packages and lime slices on the side.

Ordered basil thai fried rice..where the basil? Nowhere to be found Bland, sweet for some reason(?) . Overpriced. 1 order of the imperial was exactly 1 bland piece. Never had such horrible tasting thai food. "Plum" sauce was supposed to be included with the roll-another lie. Realistic reviews need to be made. Bc the food is not great. Sorry I come from nyc and this food is nowhere near even 2 stars.

The veggie pad thai was delicious and generous. I might be overloaded, with some temporal inconvenience afterwards. Thanks for the service anyhow!

Raw or seriously undercooked chicken was served with equally disgusting tasting rice and noodles !!! This place has a lot of bad reviews for a reason...Stay away !

I clearly asked for Tofu in my food and even the receipt mentioned Tofu but there was none in my food. When asked about it, the girl behind counter showed attitude. Skip this place

Food is bad. I wouldn’t try again. The good thing is that they prepare the food right after orders are placed, so the food is hot when served. Other than that, I can’t think of any positive thing to say about this chain eatery.

Generous portion. Tasty. free rice if you needed more

Worst food. The cashier was nice but the food was not. The mango salad in their menu pics versus what you get is poles apart. Tried this chain for the first time, won’t return.

I have ordered here several times before and the food is average; However I went to order in-store today and was greeted and served by very friendly and energetic staff! It's honestly rare to see in the fast food industry and it made my day.

We bought 6 meals and they made 3 errors. First the good one. They undercharged us 7$ between the bill and the card payment. Then they made different meal than the ordered Pad Soo or something compared to the Pad Thai asked for. And they didn’t replace the rice for noodles in a dish as asked. Over that when we realized at the counter the pad soo / pad Thai error they did not want to replace the dish with the correct one. I would say that’s a solid 0 stars.

Best Fast Thai/Asian.... REALLY tasty.... My go to place....whether in Quebec city or Montreal or...lol

I was visiting Quebec city today and tried Thai Express which usually serves good pad Thai here in Ottawa but the food at this place was bad. Too much sauce, chicken not cooked properly, much more soya beans than noodles. We just couldn’t eat it. Would not recommend this place.

The worst service in the world, walked in to order food and lied to me that the shop was closed. However, after I ordered on uber eat, it was still served

Ordered online for pickup, transaction went through, charged my credit card. Went to pickup my order and location was closed. Tried to call the number and no response.

I liked the food here, however I did an order with uber eats and (I got charged for all the products) and I was missing some of them when I received my order. And what was their answer? You have to come and pick it up... I'm surprised that here in this beautiful and kind city there's places like this... I'm very disappointed
