They used to have an amazing breakfast, now they just send you to the bakery, so if it's -20c outside, put on your coat and go, that's not acceptable, and I don't want to hear the "oh it's because of COVID" excuse. Otherwise the rooms are decent and the atmosphere is lovely.

-expensive outdoor parking $22 per night - unsafe - no one works there on sight It is not a hotel! Nobody works on the site! Reviews are for other hotels the owner runs with one personnel over phone reception!!! The lady over the phone told us:"give me your credit card info to pay $22 per night for the parking! Then I will give you the parking address!" $22 for one night for an outdoor not shoveled parking space!!!! It was not on the website nor in the text they sent us!!! We opened the room they text! its code to us (room number 1) only to see someone was there!!! The hotel did not know about that person!!! so all night we felt so unsafe!

Oh my, what I wonderful find! The most charming hotel, I meant château! The room had all we could need: a microwave, a fridge, and our own little espresso machine! Rooms were large with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi. We had a terrace overlooking Quebec City, and there is garage parking for a nominal fee. Staff were kind and helpful in all of our requests. This is not your modern kind of hotel, it is small and quaint, located perfectly in Vieux Quebec. Lovely place I will come back to if I can.

Great location! Central to everything and walking distance. Rooms were clean and housemaid was very friendly and courteous. Enjoyed our stay and will be back when returning to Quebec city.

We stayed here for 2 nights and this was the perfect place for us with a toddler. Close to everything and whenever he would get fussy all we needed was a few minutes walk to get back to rest and recharge. Big room, great natural light and private street door, super clean, comfy and fluffy beds. Just perfect! Common kitchen and shared space were very clean and organized. The management was super nice and would instantly reply to our messages. We even gave ourselves a date night with the beautiful roof top view (we kept a baby monitor in the room and put our toddler to sleep). This place is really a gem! We love that it is not a big chain place! Support all the way and highly recommended ♥️

There were six of us, and we had plenty of room. The rooftop patio is ideal for doing exercises in the morning and enjoying a drink while the sun goes down. Perfect neighborhood area with lots of good restaurants and only about a 50 minute walk to the old Town.

Our room was awesome, big, with large deck and great city/mountain view. Great location, about 30 min walk to key city attractions. Very nice convenience store on the first floor. Restaurant across the street also good, Portuguese food, not expensive, we took takeout.

Love this place. It’s a historic small building, but recently remodeled so all facilities are new and clean. The breakfast is awesome. You get lots of good stuff in bags: yogurt, grapes, bread, croissant and drinks. The only thing we don’t like is that the parking is two blocks away, not onsite. But since I am very satisfied with other things, I will not lower the rating just because of the parking.

Very convenient location - about 20 min walk to Old Quebec. Building is old but well maintained. It is helpful if you have a USA or Canada number to text the reception. There is no physical reception. The virtual reception staff were super helpful in getting us information and booking a taxi for us on the last day.

Delightful old hotel in a wonderful neighborhood only a 10 minute walk from Old Quebec. Many great restaurants nearby. We had room 4 with a cute balcony overlooking an atmospheric street. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. The old building has been nicely updated for comfort while still keeping it’s unique charm. Magnifique - Merci Beaucoup! No need to fly to Europe - enjoy Quebec!

Spacious clean room, comfortable bed, and great location. Absolutely would stay here again. So easy to get to everything. Right on the main street, walk right to old Quebec City. Went there for FEW, super easy to get to the stages. Breakfast in the am was honestly perfect. An egg, yogurt, fruit, cheese stick and croissant. Hit the spot. The hosts are wonderful as well. Was a great stay. Thank you!

A beautiful boutique style hotel conveniently located in the old city. Soft bed, clean room, and a shower that's worth the stay alone. Many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby, I recommend the crepes and cider at Le Billig.

Amazing hotel, with good size rooms and great views from the rooftop terrace. The self check-in was very smooth too.

Amazing trip for us thanks to staying in this hotel. Close to everywhere, parking under basement, no breakfast but the hotel has a place like a living room and kitchen where you can self-serve coffee and heat food by microwave. Will be back for sure.

An older, small hotel with 10 rooms. We splurged on a room at the top of the stairs with private roof-top terrace and in-room jacuzzi. Well worth it. Great location on the edge of downtown. Easy walk to the Old City.

We have stayed in quite a few hotels in this price range during our stay in Canada, and this by far excels all! It is charming, clean, big, comfy bed, lovely bathroom, BEST BREAKFAST. Kind courteous host! Literally NO suggestions to improve ANYTHING! Would recommend to all my friends! Thanks so much, we will be back for sure!

Very beautiful boutique vintage hotel! The room was spacious and has a private terrace with spectacular views! The hotel came with a rooftop as well. The breakfast was amazing, best croissant I ever had!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel (family of 3). Everything was spot on. I especially enjoyed the big private terrace. The only thing the terrace was missing was a bit of light. But we still had a lovely dinner on it. The breakfast was very good (especially the croissants!) and delivered to our room on time. My daughter enjoyed that she (kind of) had her own room. :) WiFi was good too. I will come back to this hotel for sure.

The Chateau des Tourelles is a small, wonderful, quintessentially charming Quebec hotel. The location is perfect, well within walking distance of the Old Town. It is in the St. Jean Baptiste area, which has a special appeal, with shops, pubs and restaurants full of local residents. The area reflects the architectural history of the city, but has a "people live here" vibe. The owner is welcoming, our suite was clean and quiet, the breakfast was outstanding.

Very friendly, very helpful and nice. Amazing hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City. Close walk to all amenities and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Wonderful hotel in a beautiful city

The hotel location was very convenient. The building is a nice historical building with decent rooms and a ratio on the roof. Despite on all building benefits, the real gem of the hotel is the management. They care about the customers more than about money. Their attitude and openness is priceless. I would definitely recommend to stay in that hotel when you visit the Quebec city.

Very pretty historic Chateau! Very professional owner, cool decor, loved the rooftop patio overlooking the city at night.

Chateau des Tourelles is simply great. Amazing location in the best neighborhood in Quebec City with many great non-tourist bars and restaurants close. Also easy walk to the tourist areas (Old Quebec and Grande Allee) - we basically parked our car in the Chateau's garage a couple blocks away and left it there our entire four night stay. The proprietor is a gentleman and very friendly; he cares that his guests have what ever they need and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He found out we had brought a bike, and he let us park it in his locked garage. My wife likes things very clean, and the accommodations were up to her standards. Very cool roof terrace where we went multiple times and even brought dinner there one night. Breakfast also very good despite COVID restrictions. VERY highly recommended!
