Loved our stay for 4 nights. They accommodated a midnight check in and made sure we were settled in nicely. The room was extremely clean and the ac was superb. The biggest con is that you need to have a car to stay here. There are buses nearby but we never got to use it because we almost always came back late at night and taxis/Ubers aren't very accessible in the area. We got denied a ride a handful of times til we decided to bite the bullet and rent a car. But honestly for the price it was an excellent stay. We never got to try their amenities but you have all of them including quick driving between the falls, city and the island of Orleans.

! Ants… lots of ants in the room! Owner offered an other room quickly at least! The room was very small for a suite and basic. Although there was a hot tub in it there was no intimacy as it’s in the middle of the room and no shower filing the bath took ages as the water runs very slowly . They do not provide soap, shampoo etc unless you want to use a very cheap diluted hand soap to wash yourself. Coffee was bellow average. Spa temperature was at 88 only and for the sauna it was not functioning as well. You have to go beg each time you need a towel for the pool. Only one key for 2 person, staff at the front desk was bellow average and not friendly. If you entend to use towel beware they charge if they’re dirty (not disgustingly dirty just normal use) Never again for me even if it’s free.

After a long drive we were looking forward to getting to the hotel. Staff was friendly at checkin but spoke very little English making it a little more difficult for us. Pros - Decent price - 10 minutes from downtown - Pool, hot tub and sauna Cons - Shower was in the middle of the room providing little privacy - Hot tub was cold 92 degree, looking for 100-106 - Breakfast didn’t start until 8am

Unfortunately there is nothing positive I could mention about this place. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, very small parking spaces (think twice if you have a full size SUV). In our room the window AC unit was placed right above one of the beds (in the wall 😳) and since it was hot outside we had to keep it running during the night, making a lot of noise. Breakfast was cheap though and it was pretty consistent, although there was nothing but the very basic continental breakfast.

Very disappointed! I did not like the rooms. The beds and the material are bad quality. We asked for two rooms close to each other, but they gave us two rooms that were separated. No microwave at the room. Poor lighting in one of the rooms, while the other had windows and more lights. The cafe maker is not working. No direct access from the rooms to the pool. You need to go the the reception to access the pool. No toilet and no changing room at the pool, you need to go outside the pool into the corridor where you find a shower and toilet. the Pool is not suitable for kids under 10 years. My son who's 6 years old literally stayed in the stairs. They took 200 dollars for cleaning but did not tell us beforehand.

I stayed at the motel. Clean room. The allocated parking spot in front of the room is very convenient. Didn't check the TV. I don't like hotels that the beds have space below them. This is one of them, so be sure to check under your bed before you leave especially if you have children and they bring their toys to the room. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, but hot water flows very slow in the night to fill in the tub. That's unlucky since I expect to have a nice warm bath after a long drive so I had to cancel that thought. Lucky this motel has a jacuzzi so I can relax there in the morning and recharge before checking out. It also has a gym, a swimming pool (water is a bit cold), 1 shower and a sauna. Didn't try the breakfast. Reception was helpful. Made the effort to speak English since we couldn't speak French. Lucky my wife spoke mandarin and so did he so they just spoke in that and my wife translated to the rest of the group. Free wifi is about 30Mbps up/down which is enough for my need while on the road. I brought my Xbox and downloaded Netflix without a glitch. Location wise, it's near the highway so you'll arrive shortly after taking the exit and you'll get into the highway easily in the morning to continue your travel. If that's what you are looking for then this motel is perfect.

Excellent service, polite. Family feel. Beautiful hospitality. Excellent little place to stay for an exceptional price. The rooms were sparkling clean, didn’t smell bad at all. The bathrooms were spotless. Beds comfy and sheets clean.

Some sort of bedbug or allergic reaction to the bedding caused a lot of hives on my dad's neck, face and arms. This makes me question if the bedding they use is sanitary or not, or whether they changed it at all.

Very bad service and the rooms outside the building and the bool is inside, they are not honest on changing money on the card after we leave . Don't recommend this hotel. Never come back again

Amazing location nearby freeway to go to downtown and nearby locations the only problem is all the rooms are connected and there is noise from other rooms at night.

Loved the man at the front desk ! Pool opened all day ( clean ) . I would not recommend the breakfast ! At all!! Its not worth 8 $ a person in any way . Chez Cora is not to far its a better option. Its quiet but you do need a car to get around i would say .

Had an extremely unpleasant experience at this motel. We booked our room over a month ago for one double bed with shower and tub combination room. Unfortunately, as it has mentioned by some other reviews, they overbooked so they gave us a hot tub room with no shower. We would've sucked it up if we were only there for one night and the idea of hot tub is kinda nice but we were going to be there for THREE nights. If we didn't mind using public shower for 3 nights, we would've booked with a hostel or B&B, which could be closer to Old Quebec. Long story short, we tried to work something out with the receptionist see she could put us in a room with private shower for a night or two, we ended up getting this nasty attitude back. She said she had a bus of people coming in tomorrow so she couldn't accommodate us and she got up to show us the public shower and said that it is right next to the room, so what's the problem. We were beyond shock. If you don't have the room available, don't advertise it, instead of luring people in. It's stressful enough when you travel! I called hotel.com because seems the receptionist was not willing to work something out with us and there is no way we were staying at a place with no shower for 3 nights. Hotel.com moved us to a different hotel, which we were happy about! We may not be coming back to quebec city any time soon, but one thing I know for sure, we won't be recommending this motel to anyone!

Overall experience was good. Near to Montmorency Falls, with pool and some gym equipments. Clean and quiet but the price was a little bit high (breakfast is not included in the price).

The Price definitly meets whats you pay for, very Affordable. There's a Pool, a spa and a sauna. The room we got was tiny, small tv but i guess it's ok. The floor is made of carpet. The comfort of the bed was ok. I would recommend to bring extra bed cover. The ones we got didn't keep us very warm. Even though It's location is beside an highway. We didn't have trouble with noise. The staff offers a delightful service which makes this place an outstander from competitors. The downside is we cant get service from 11 pm to 7 am. So if you lost your key lol good luck.

Even though it's a motel, the room doesn't look like a typical motel room. Clean, spacious, and recently renovated, it was an enjoyable stay. The parking lot was small, however, but the owner was able to accomodate by changing the assigned spot. The owner appears to only speak French and Mandarin, however.

We were looking forward to a little getaway and this place was perfect. It's a little older looking from the outside, but the rooms were a pleasant surprise. We were in room 201 with 2 double beds. The room was clean when we arrived and looked liked renovations had been done, relatively recently, to give it a fresh look. Despite 2 thermostats, while the room temperature was perfect, the floors stayed quite cold (easy fix, just pack slippers). As we arrived in a large pick-up, the parking was a bit awkward. We were able to book several half hour timeslots for the pool/hot tub/sauna area. With current health restrictions, there are a maximum of 10 people allowed in the pool area. We were lucky enough that others didn't show up, so we were allowed to stay longer. We traveled with an 8 and 9 year old and they both loved it. There are many restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed our stay.
