Randomly run into this spot and wow! Food is delicious, amazing burgers, they make their own sauces (even the ketchup!). Service is also very good. Worth every penny.

Great variety of burgers and poutines. A burger of the week every week of the year. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Quebec City for burgers. Each branch got a few unique burgers and signature poutines. Good choice of regional beers. Burgers were good. Fries are not fresh, cooked from frozen. The toast on the Duck club sandwich was hard as a rock. Sauces are good. Also if you serve poppy seed buns inform the customer, I can't eat seeds. Staff really nice.

Nice cozy place. The service was excellent from our waitress. It became busy and she was by herself, she did a great job. Checked on us and the cook was fast with our order. The other waitress also helped out with the busy rush. Food was delicious, no complaints. First time visiting and adored the place. Left feeling full but not over full.

My son was super jealous when I sent him this picture, he’s at camp and he loves poutine. We searched for a highly rated restaurant that had unique poutine and was close to where we were staying. Chez Victor met all our criteria. As an English speaking person (I speak a little and I’m still learning), I found the waitress to be very helpful and she did her best to communicate with me. I ordered the smoked meat poutine. OMG. Yummy. So delicious, lots of smoked meat, mustard crispy breaded pickles, cheese and BBQ gravy. Very tasty. My tip? I would order the original gravy next time. You should go here.

"Gros Cochon!!!" If your are courageous enough to try the" Gros Cochon", do it. It's a one in a lifetime experience and you will be granted a ticket to the Valhalla!

Went to two separate locations and found both to be fantastic. The burgers were excellent. My wife tried the vegetarian patty while I had beef and both were well-made. Their signature mayonnaise is a nice unique touch too. They charged us extra for switching fries to salad without really telling us in advance; found this a little odd. Otherwise, no complaints. Will certainly revisit if I am looking for a burger in Quebec City again. This particular locations also has free parking.

Waitresses are super nice, they offer quality fast service. The burgers are amazing, you have vegan options as well.

The smash burgers at Chez Victor were so delicious! I would definitely reorder this item the next time I visit. They were unfortunately understaffed the day of my visit which means there was more delay than usual. Regardless, it was a nice lunch and you could see plenty of locals and groups here for lunch as well.

One of my favorite burger place. Very big plates, so many fries! I recommend asking for the half fries and half salad - both are delicious. The ambiance is good, service is usually fast and friendly.

This is my go-to place when I want to make sure not to be disapointed. The menu is simple, good and fairly priced.

I really enjoyed the La Bête burger and fries. The pint of La Franc-Bois, blanche a la framboise paired nicely with this meal too! The service was very friendly and the server accommodated my language barrier in a very courteous manner.
