Food and drinks were good, but seems the service is slower than before.

Efficient service, friendly staff and excellent food. Mushroom soup and salmon were both very tasty. Large variety of desserts and nice coffee additional.

I come eat here at least 3 x a month when i travel. I stay at the connecting hotel; waiters always think I'm a bum who walked in off the street for a free meal and ask for ID when i charge to my room. Rude and disrespectful. Food is ok, prices are ok. Service is way to hurried; every waiter comes by and asks is the food is good... leave me be while i eat please!!

Excellent food, great service!

The chef was insanely excellent. The table gastronomique, which is a well priced 5 service meal is definetly worth it. Each course was very flavorful, cooked to perfection and well presented. The wine pairing and service was also excellent. I was so impressed by this restaurant that even if I wasn't staying at the ALT Hotel, I would come back here next time I was in town. Highly recommended.

It’s been a while I haven’t had such a good meal. If you’re two, I recommend the four course meal that includes a starter, soup, main meal, dessert and a bottle of wine. Everything was simply perfect! Definitely coming back

One of the best restaurants in Quebec, since the arrival of the new chef Anthony Coniglio, this si the closest you’ll get to Michelin star food in Quebec!

This place was amazing!!!! The staff let us bring our small dog to the patio because we could not leave her alone in the hotel. We got the octopus as an appetizer, and the filet of trout and lobster penne as our entrees. Everything was incredibly tasty. Will for sure come back here when we visit Quebec City.

Dont expect this to be a cheap visit, however if you can spend the extra, you will be amazed with the service, attention to detail and how fresh everything is. Portions are good considering the type of restaurant. I’d recommend this place

Good food, well located, comfortable chairs. Nice restaurant, the staff is polite and professional. During breakfast, most of the customers are business men and women. Unfortunately there is no room for business meetings, the toilets are downstairs and the number of parking lots is very limited.

Great staff, tasty food and very accommodating for people with allergies. I'm allergic to nuts, peanuts, soy and beans and after informing the waiter they were able to prepare a meal I could enjoy. A little bit on the expensive side but worth it!

Amazing food and service. After a long day of exploring old Quebec City, my parents and I went to Le Bistango for supper. They have some great options of drinks, and the food was amazing. I really liked their salmon, and their turnip soup was delicious. (We had the full course meal that included a starter, a soup, a main plate, a dessert, and then coffee or tea). The service was really good too.
