Where
to
begin?
Maybe
with
one
of
the
associates
who
after
I
explained
to
her
what
my
issue
was
(bought
the
wrong
size,
forgot
my
receipt,
but
am
a
loyal
customer
so
I
was
expecting
them
to
have
at
least
a
transaction
history
since
I
bought
the
item
24h
prior),
pretended
to
listen
to
me
then
when
I
finished
talking
the
day
manager
came
up
and
asked
if
everything
was
ok
in
which
the
associate
laughably
responded
by
saying
"I
don't
know
what
the
issue
is
I
can't
understand
him
and
his
accent"
then
I
asked
her
what
didn't
she
understand
if
30
seconds
ago
she
was
agreeing
with
me.
Then
the
manager,
instead
of
looking
at
me,
just
mumbled
something
which
made
the
other
associate
laugh
and
the
manager
threw
the
shirt
in
question
on
the
counter
and
told
the
cashier
to
exchange
the
item.
While
the
exchange
was
being
done,
both
of
the
associate
and
the
manager
were
looking
at
my
direction
and
laughing,
which
got
me
angry
and
made
me
leave
the
store.
If
you
notice,
I'm
not
the
only
review
on
here
that
experienced
rude
staff
and
I
don't
want
to
blame
the
entire
Calvin
Klein
stores,
but
at
this
one
particularly,
they
should
maybe
hire
some
competent
associates
and
managers
who
could
maybe
wait
until
the
client
leaves
the
store
before
laughing
at
them.
This
might
be
a
bad
apple,
but
this
is
making
me
question
myself
if
I'll
ever
return
to
any
Calvin
Klein
store.
I'm
not
a
complainer,
but
enough
is
enough.
I
speak
6
languages
so
yeah
I
might
have
a
thick
accent,
but
not
thick
enough
to
not
understand
me.
