Omg wish I took pics with this phone to show you. I've heard so much great things about this place and they were not wrong. Their vegan saitan burget with Gusta cheese was out of this world. Even my parents enjoyed their meal. It was so good we want to drive back to QC city to have more. A year after i come back to add pictures.

This is my favorite restaurant in Quebec City. The service is always fast in every one of their locations I've been to. They have a nice selection of poutine and a great selection of burgers! There is a burger for everyone in this restaurant. They have vegetarian options and you can switch the regular burger buns to gluten free buns. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Quebec City . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had during our trip to the Quebec City . Highly recommend! And must try their vegan patty burger!

Probably one of the best burgers we've had. Staff was friendly, service was fast. Food was great.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of six (four adults and two kids), service was excellent and offered in both French and English with no hassle, and the food was very good, with choices suitable for all. The waitress made sure to advise in advance that they didn't have pickles. The cocktail menu is also innovative. There is construction around the building, so parking is difficult, but make an effort to find parking around, because it's worth it.

Solid. Based on Yelp reviews, this place had the best rating ratio. I was looking for a great poutine and Chez Victor DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Fries were a TAAAD over cooked but still delish, squeaky cheese, and warm gravy. Also got a burger with the mushroom soup and I WISH I could have ate more!! Was very happy with the service and quality.

The waiters there are really sweet and the atmosphere is good. It's a little bit cold, though. The drinks we ordered were really good. I can recommend the homemade limo. But we weren't fans of the burgers. The season of the vegan as well as the beef burger were a bit off. It was really bitter, and the buns were not toaster. Even though I ordered a vegetarian burger, they put bacon on my salad, which was really disappointing.

Partner and I are passing through and tried Chez Victor for dinner tonight. The food was served quickly and the service was friendly. We had deep fried cheese curds and a marinara sauce as an appetizer - absolutely fantastic. We then both had the grilled chicken, swiss and mushroom burger. It was extremely flavourful and was served with a curry/garlic mayo. It was an awesome unique taste and it definitely worked together. I ate here once a few years back and it was just as good this time. 100% would recommend this Chez Victor location.

Great place. Be careful about the vegan options. They often forget to put vegan sauce or vegan cheese. They pretend it is an error. But they make that error so often that it becomes apparent they don't care about vegans. This is at every Victor location in Quebec. Otherwise, great restaurant.

Meat was overcooked and the burger in a whole was really dry and not really tasty. But my daughter was pleased with her choice so my specific burger ( The Mediterranean) might not be the best choice ever

Great place with delicious dessert, coffee and cocktails. I didn't come for bigger meals but they looked wonderful.

Lovely dinner at this restaurant. We arrived 30 mins before closing and were still seated for dinner with no issues. The server was polite and friendly. Our meal was great. I had the fish sandwich, while my partner had the pork. We chose to get both with salads on the side, which were enormous and delicious. Drinks were good as well. All in all, a delicious meal and a safe bet for dinner with family and friends.

Amazing food, top 3 of burgers I've ever eaten, and the poutine was delicious. Our server was also top notch, even though we didn't have a reservation!

The pictures don’t do it justice. There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options. The gravy is vegan. They have 5 or 6 vegetarian burgers including an Indian burger which is absolutely delicious. My BF got the Gnocchie’d on the Block w/o bacon, and it was awesome. Definitely tagged for my next trip to Quebec City!

I gave to say that was a great burger. They are known for best burgers in Canada but the poutine was out of this world... The brown sauce was old style poutine and the squeaky cheese was perfection... Definitely going back!

Could you improve the freshness of your green salad , please. I love eating there. Your burger is the best. you have more food added to your menu, but your green salad is close to decompose.

Great music/ambiance, the hamburgers are pretty good. The uniqueness of this places are the sauces with the fries. The house ketchup with Smokey flavors is out of this world! The deserts are pretty good also.

Awesome food, great atmosphere and ambience. Very friendly staff. So good I ate here three nights in a row. Highly recommended. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great and flavourful burger choices, love the Mayo choices, my wife's vegan burger was one of the best she's had...even the salad was great with lots of good stuff in it...and the service over the phone was amazing! Loved the pork burger!

Great burger place! They even had vegetarian poutine which was delicious. The bun and all the toppings were fresh. Definitely a great place for burgers.
