Wait time -- 2/5 Service -- 3/5 Food -- "as expected" Normandin is a generally busy restorant, so no surprise for the wait time. The food is as expected, and I wish there were more waiters/waitresses.

Food was good...french fries were really good. Service was great and friendly waitress. This restaurant followed all the guidelines to keep their restaurant Corona virus free.

One of the best restaurants in Quebec! Really great food, well pepared, well served and great ambiance! Food is great, the restaurant is clean, confortable and well decorated! I really miss this place (I dont live in Quebec anymore) Good times here!

18$ for a canned onion soup that tasted old vinegar and a grilled cheese sandwich was too pricey. Every time I ate at Normandin I hated the food and paid too much for the low quality of the food. Bland salmon and rice, super salty pizza... This time I had the smoked meat poutine. Good portion and it wasn't bad at all. Still not the best one I ever had but a good one. The server was cool. I still give a 1 star review because all the other times I went to a Normandin restaurant I wasn't happy with the experience. The time before last, the server made mistakes in the order, food on the menu was not available and overall it wasn't that good. Now, in the bar section of the one I visited yesterday on Henry Bourassa street, the poutine was good and the server was also good. It was my first time in that particular franchise. I might go back again to that one and see if it's overall better than all the other I tried.

The last couple of time I've been,long wait,food not the same anymore. The waitress worked thing to make my experience more enjoyable.

Of course it's basic food... but it's NEVER disapointing. Everything taste the way it should. Very reliable, with honest prices. Staff are always smiling and friendly. It's a good place for a quick snack with your kids.

I ordered a lobster roll. Food was deceiving, lobster was not fresh, and portion was small. The roll tasted more of celery than anything else. Fries were disapointing, dry and oily.

We had great food! .. It was late and we were sent here from another restaurant who's kitchen had closed early... Our waitress was very sweet very thoughtful and absolutely on point during our visit ... 5 stars as dinner was very hot and flavourful and our waitress (evening staff) Outstanding :) Thank you!!

Whenever we visit my sister, we always make sure to eat at Normandin. Their pizza is fantastic. Nice thin crust with just the right amount of sauce and loaded with toppings. Hands down the best pizza for me when in Quebec.

Normandin !! The ultimate family restaurant . From pizza to great lunch meal and desserts !!! They also have nice cozy bar at most location if not all.

They put way too much pickles on the pizza to the point thats all u can taste and not only that they didnt even cut up the pizza when I ordered delivery. How am I supposed to eat a non cut up pizza when I dont have the utensils for it.
