The
day
I
went
there
were
no
shopping
carts
available.
No
problem,
it
was
a
busy
Saturday
afternoon,
so
I
waited
behind
two
ladies
waiting
for
a
cart.
They
get
theirs,
and
as
I
patiently
wait
with
my
cranky
toddler
who
is
refusing
to
walk
in
my
arms,
the
greeter
gave
an
available
cart
to
someone
else
who
just
walked
in.
So
I
ask
the
greeter
"is
this
where
I'm
supposed
to
wait
for
a
cart?"
He
replied
"theyre
all
taken"
-
as
if
I
didn't
understand
that
part.
I
had
already
been
waiting
for
several
minutes,
so
I
decided
to
just
go
in
and
get
what
I
could.
As
I
make
my
way
to
the
grocery
department,
lo
and
behold,
shopping
carts
and
roller
baskets!!
Instead
of
evenly
distributing
carts,
they
were
all
being
stacked
to
one
entrance.
I
feel
like
this
is
something
the
floor
manager
should
be
keeping
an
eye
on,
especially
since
there
are
lots
of
customers,
so
much
so
they
can't
do
a
simple
item
verification
on
the
phone.
