    this text concerns private medicine, I have never used the clinic's other services. Poor experience. Period. When I registered, I was told that I would have an appointment within 48 hours. For my last appointment, I called to see my doctor and it took two weeks before they called me back to give me a date a week later. We have reached a deadline of three weeks, a little more than 48 hours, let's say. I arrive at the appointment in question in advance and just before going in, I receive a call to tell me that my doctor will not come in that day and that I will be called back, one day, to give me another appointment. Furious, I ask if there isn't something that can be done so that I don't have to travel a second time and miss 3 hours of work, again, and I am informed, at that moment, that my appointment could be replaced by a telephone call. Again, I don't even have an idea when this call will take place. This all raises several questions, in my opinion. Why was I asked to travel the first time? Why when we cancel an appointment hours in advance, we have to pay $100 while the doctor can easily cancel ours without real notice? The real question, in fact, is rather: Why am I less well served and treated than when I don't pay a penny by going to the public. All this to say: don't make the same mistake as me, continue going to the public or try going to another private clinic.

    I love this clinic but WAITING ON THE PHONE my God!!! you have to take time off work to get an operator on the line! I give 1 star for that; but I give 5 stars for my Dre. Diane Hebert. I come back years later to reread my comment and leaving this wonderful doctor, I regret not having had the chance to meet a single doctor of her caliber! This lady is a REAL doctor! Everyone I met subsequently were loyal traders trained or sold to BigPharma.

    We will have to review the services of the receptionist(s). The one I spoke with uses a very curt tone, as if I'm disturbing her in her work. No empathy or warmth in the tone (unless it's the policy at reception). However, the nurses and doctors are so friendly. Having worked in customer service, the basis of this service is the warm welcome and welcoming tone. We recognize that we need them to have an appointment, but that does not give them the right to provide a terrible welcome.

    Excellent service! (Physiotherapy) Having pain in my knee (meniscus), the first treatment was painless, the doctor listened more than adequately and all in a clean clinic that is good to visit! Entrust your care to this staff!

    Private Family Clinic; I strongly advise against it. In fact it is an office because Doctor Gagné is the only doctor and she is there 2 days a week. So I paid for family follow-up, more than $500 per year, but the service is not as good as the public. We try to call and they almost never answer, we leave messages they never call back, when we finally get someone on the phone they offer us a minimum of 3 weeks of waiting... with or without a pandemic. My son seems to have an ear infection, the secretary suggests I put him on the waiting list, we're walking the talk. We wonder if there is really anyone on board in this.

    Unable to speak to the receptionist to find out when the next doctor's appointment is scheduled. After 30 minutes of waiting, the line cuts. Another clinic where you are just a number and the receptionists are paid to do nothing.
