    I bought it about 4 years ago. CPAP which came super hot, after persisting with me for months they exchanged it. My new CPAP does not heat up, but it was not programmed, so I could not use it, I ended up finding on the internet how to program it and since then no more problems. I even bought a second one since I work on the road, never a call back for maintenance or anything else. Really #@$&( service.

    I registered for the Philips recall on their site in August 2021 and I still have not received any response from you regarding the replacement. Several of my friends who suffer from sleep apnea and who were followed by companies other than you, received their replacement machines after only 3 months following their registration for the recall. Is it me or is there negligence on your part??? I need to replace my machine so I am seriously considering doing business with a company that is more attentive than yours. From a customer very disappointed with the service you offer!

    I received confirmation from the Phillips company for the change of my 2 machines. Unimedic have the 2 machines in their possession. But they refuse to give the second machine in the name of my partner, because she is not a customer of theirs. They told me he would keep the machine. I call it theft. Very poor customer service.

    Worst customer experience ever!!! I bought a sleep apnea machine from them and when it comes time to honor the warranty, I have to pay $125! Fees that were non-existent when purchased in 2020 and since April 2023, the fee has gone from $0 to $125 to see a respiratory therapist. So I'm stuck with a machine that doesn't work.

    In concert with the IUCPQ sleep clinic, you have done a very good job!!! Initially, you started with 2 holds. Everything was against you. In addition, you had a stupid face who didn't want to know anything and who only relied on his sleeping habits which should have prevented me from using my CPAP. But I was a case diagnosed by the doctors and who had to use it. I still remained open to the arguments that these health professionals presented to me. By contrasting the advantages versus the disadvantages, my body simply expressed itself and the “pros” supplanted the “cons” (by far). Against all expectations, for almost a year, I haven't used it for two weeks. Only ten days in Ireland and a weekend spent in the woods north of LaTuque. Plus, even though I didn't know if my insurance would reimburse me for it, I paid for it completely out of my pocket because it gave me back the sleep I needed.
