Small place, not much of a selection. For a person who cannot have lactose, traveling in Quebec and trying to have a cup of coffee was difficult. I prefer almond milk, yet was even willing to take soy, but nothing. There was no alternative to milk and cream. People were very nice and the croissant fresh and tasty.

This is like every Tim's...really not a fan...but if it's the last coffee place around I will give in.

Finally me and my husband found a place in Quebec City where workers are speaking English. Made our order like we want it. Very nice service and tasty.

Small place inside a gas station. For such a small space it was not very well kept. Had to ask for straws and napkins as they were out and service was really slow for just a couple of ice caps and a muffin..

As per usual, they messed up my order. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my order is wrong half of the time at Tim Hortons.

They had no Wi-Fi and no way to check my online banking

Got a latte. Was kinda made fun of for the amount of sugar I wanted and guess what. Never got the sugar. Yeah real nice way to start someone’s morning guys thanks a lot !

Came to buy something to eat 30 min before the close , we won’t let us by anything... told us everything needed to be prepare is close since store closing soon.

Terrible attention and they don't know how to prepare the products.
