AVOID BARBIES. Everything about this restaurant was dissapointing. We first walked in, the gentleman seating people asked me if I spoke english, then informed me of a 20 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes, went back, and a girl was now seating people. She said the other gentleman didn't add me to the list. I thought it was weird he didnt ask my name.. so we waited another 20 minutes. Finally to our suprise they sat us. The were OUT of Molson Canadian. Which was fine I got something else the server offered. We also got a margarita, which came with a black nearly mouldy lime, and tasted horrible. We ordered a French Onion soup and a caeser salad. The soup was cold, watery and had practically no taste. Thankfully they didnt mess up the ceaser salad. We decided to go elsewhere since we waited nearly an hour altogether just waiting to get a seat and then were extremely dissapointed with the food. The Manager seemed very angry and the proceeded to tell me that our food was ready and we should pay for it. I told him id pay for the drinks, even the mouldy lime Margarita. If you aren't from Quebec, don't go here. You'd think they'd be friendly as theyre located inside of a Hotel.

This place is simply horrible. Food is awful, service simply doesn’t exist. Took more than an hour to deliver ‘something’ that looked like it was cooked three days ago and heated up in microwave. Don’t bother! Even MD across the road would be a better choice.

Cold food, waiting staff with attitude and as I didn't know French, was totally ignored. Didn't even bother to lay the table properly. All except 1 dish was cold food. Saving grace was the vege pizza. Only the lady at the cash was very apologetic for the service. Wouldn't recommend.

Service was nice and quick. I ordered steak well-done but it was over cooked and burnt 😓

It's a larger restaurant. Looks nice and clean. Food wasn't really good, but that might have been a fluke. Fish and chips that I got were very greasy and almost burnt. French onion soup was nice. Update for reduced rating: Understaffed for sure. Waiting times are ridiculously long. Quality of food varies as well as prices charged vs ones in the menu. Some items are overpriced (8$ for that tiramisu is a bit much)

Was not particularly busy but seemed like service was a chore. I didn't manage the bill but I believe we were well over charged. Went to rafaellas the day after, was actually cheaper for a better meal and had mixed drinks at that. Btw... There top potato is what we would normally call twice baked potato but likely with cheeze whiz. Bacon was good though.

We went there for my birthday dinner and had a great time was had with good food! Maybe it was our not optimal knowledge of French, but the only thing was that we were asked about food options with our dishes that we didn't realize were monetary add-ons until we received our check (i.e. mushrooms with a steak). Not a big enough deal that it negatively impacted the dinner, but something I would be more mindful of at a next time.

Slow service, arrived at 9 am, got my food at 10.10 am. Food was cold and not what i ordered. Waiter did not returned to the table to see how we are doing or to refresh coffees. One of the toast was hard as a brick.

Our order was delivered on time, but the quality of the food was terrible! The hamburgers (Montreal and Barbie) were SUPER burnt to the point they were inedible. The chicken hamburger had three deep fried chicken tenders, instead of a grilled chicken breast as described in the menu. What nerve to charge anything at all for such poor quality, disgusting food. Very disappointing!

Going with a 3 star on this one... This was a tough rating for me as the value was 10/10 and the food really delivered. However, we had to flag down our waitress anytime we needed something and our kids meals came out way before our adult meals which anyone with kids would know when the kids are done they are done. Other than that everyone was super nice and that's just our experience but I definitely would give another try because of the value.

Had the fish chips and it was ok. A little too oily and no pickle to cut the grease... and definitely over priced. 28$ with tax. Looked like a kids plate. Smallest salad I've ever seen. Taste was 7/10. But I guess not many people go to Barbie's for the fish.

The food was delicious and we had a great service. The atmosphere was warmful and we had a great time. The only thing I have to say is that there was not a lot of choices other than meat on the menu. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Best Nachos we've had in our entire lifetime and we lived 16 years in Mexico ! Filet Mignon, sautead mushrooms, rice and fries were exquisite and so were our desserts. We have never given such a good review for a restaurant in a long long time, and we are old folks !!!!!but my wife and I give them a Michelin 3 star ! Just Wow !!!!!!

Restaurant was nice. Staff was nice, but took a long time for them to come around and take orders or bring the bill. Food was disgusting. The lasagna tasted like spaghetti-o’s and should be considered a vegetarian lasagna since there was almost next to nothing on the meat. The steak did not taste like steak and the color was off. I would not go back, too expensive and the quality is horrible

Don't bother going. The service is slow. The food is average when you get it. The attitude of the staff is awful. They give you free nachos with your pitcher of beer, ask you if you want guacamole and chicken but do not tell you that they are charging you $8 until the bill arrives. (We had eaten there previously and the nachos were gratis, as shown on the menu.) Staff were collectively rude when we went to the bar stated that we had not been informed there was an extra charge. Don't bother going to this so called restaurant!

Nice place, we were alone almost! It was good food for the price! The fish and chips was enormous! And my burger was tasty. Fries nice and crispy! Great service too!

I came with a big group during Carnaval and Barbie's St.Foy was really accommodating and helpful! Great service and they were very kind :)

We had a great meal at our hotel. I hope they keep offering late pick-up option.

My husband had a bad meal. Dried out over cooked hard ribs and cold, dry chicken. The manager was nice enough to offer him something else, or dessert or whatever he wanted. We had already waited an hour for that and had a 5 hr drive ahead of us. He sat and waited while I ate 3, 3-4 inch filet mignon brioche and have of a dry, hard baked potato. I had to wait 10 more minutes for the bill, which I had to ask the manager for. Of course there was no charge for my husband's dinner as he didn't eat it, but not even a discount for mine after the manager knew he sat and watched me eat, and she saw I didn't even eat my food. She also knew we were getting back on the highway for a 5 hr drive at 10 pm, not like we had time to find somewhere else to eat. So, with tip $45 for 3, 3-4 inch brioche, a skewer of 3 pieces of meat. Wouldn't go back

During our vacation of Ontario Quebec and New Brunswick Quebec had the best food and we found it at this restaurant.

Chicken wings were very dry and the ribs were hard around the edges. Portions were very small. Won't return for sure.

TL;DR; Absolutely horrible service... Group of 4, and they consistently kept only bringing out 3 out of 4 order. 3 out 4 drinks, only 3 waters, they only bring out 3 of the meals... After a long time, I had to go and get someone as waiter was nowhere, and of course once the missing meal arrived they got the food wrong.
