The store was clean and the staffs were courteous.

This KFC branch is located at Nagtahan, under the overpass going to Otis or Malacanan. The store is open twenty-four, seven but their night crew is very limited. They tend to leave leftover food and plates on the table and wait for the morning shift to clean it. I guess I understand it because not many people eat very late at night. The foods are okay and they sell absolutely the same menu as with other KFC stores in the Philippines such as fried chicken and rice, hot and fun shots, zinger, and many others. The restaurant is very accessible via private and public transportation. The establishment is also spacious and has a second floor to accommodate customers.

Still the best tasting chicken for me. The gravy is awesome. I always prefer the classic... and the spicy ones, I love them. Crews and those folks at the front line, you guys are doing great! Keep it up! Clean, neat dining sets... two thumbs up!

This branch got a good make over.. fitting in a drive-thru, in its small area. Aircon is too cold. Every staff, including the manager on duty, were busy attending to patrons.. seem understaffed though

Terrible KFC Experience I had the unfortunate encounter with the worst KFC branch recently. Joe, a qualified team leader according to her ID, was incredibly rude while handling cashier duty on 8/23/23 around 11:40am. What's worse is that her manager, "Sir Jo," as she calls him, who wears a gray uniform, didn't seem to care or take any action. It's clear that this branch is in desperate need of customer service education. This negative interaction had a huge impact on my overall experience. It's disappointing that these frontline employees don't realize how crucial their role is in providing customer satisfaction.

Their Food is good however the gravy should be located on the 2nd floor since dine is not allowed in the Ground Floor. Poor parking

Wanted to order take out but I was asked to go out because I have a pet. Usually the manager gets my order at the door.This time another staff asked me to go out and said I AM NOT ALLOWED TO ORDER BECAUSE I HAVE A PET. You are not only pet friendly, you are RUDE.

They don't serve soda anymore. They only serve ice tea with a separate syrup. I think they should consider that if a customer went thru there drive thru they should mix the syrup already because the customer might be driving after picking up his/her order

This branch doesn't give enough gravy. Quite sexist establishment since they choose to give women free gravy while men were asked to pay for extra.

dine-in area is on the 2nd floor. one has to go thru a series steep steps to reach the 2F. such an inconvenience especially for the elderly. also parking area is only for 2-3 vehicles.

Now a days KFC in Manila Philippines has change its original recipe to a newly not much good one, it called kreamery! It is not good as original recipes. So sad that delicious crispy old one has gone. As an old customer of KFC, I say goodbye to KFC and I will get that old tasty fried chicken from MACDONALD! Sorry pal you have lost one of your customers!

Food is good, obviously since its a KFC. Crew is spot on with their service now that's new.

I ordered a bucket of 8 chicken via drive thru and when I went home, I found out that I only received 6cps of Chicken. Lastly, I didn't even received a receipt.

We were very DISAPPOINTED with regards on service, product quality and food safety issue. Today was holiday the team must know the crowd plotting. It took us 45minutes to take the order. And 30mins for our food. The cashier handling cash then apparently he is doing to assemble the food. He didn't even inform us that the chicken is not available and wait for it. Then suddenly one of our chicken has hair on it. The lobby was so mess up. So many unbuss table. The guard took initiative after wards. We ask for the water and it took 30mins also to give. We understand the volume of customer, but you must know the GC versus Sales. Then with the SCD out of 20 percent it take 50ph only. Then if I didn't ask for our receipt they won't be able to give it. I work at food industry also The management should be liable for plotting crew special on this holiday.

The place has been renovated with a bigger dining area on the second floor. Their chicken cuts are so far the largest in size among the KFC branches I have tried. The crew are nice and attentive. I highly recommend this branch for your KFC cravings.

Update on my review: After answering a survey I found listed in their receipt, and giving them bad reviews, I got a call from KFC Nagtahan the following day. The lady profusely apologized for their remiss and offered to have a Fully Loaded meal delivered to our house. Of course I accepted, the apology and the chicken. But it will still be sometime before I go back to KFC. I added 2 stars, for the effort and the offer.

Very fast service

There's no problem with the food but the service, it takes a few minutes before ma-assist.

I am extremely upset about the quality if your chicken. We ate kfc for 2 consecutive days from two different branches with the same order and the difference was so prominent. The breading was too peppery i can’t even taste anything but the pepper. The chicken was dry as well. The mashed potato tastes weird for some reason. The staffs were nice but the food is very disappointing I felt like I wasted my money.

The tap kiosk was not working. when we ordered manually for our take-out order, we waited for almost 30 minutes. The long wait was frustrating considering there were not much people at the time when we ordered. Hope you improve your service next time

Worst service ever. The crew will look you in the eye and move slower than a turtle. I asked for a bowl where I can put gravy in, that way I won't have to keep going down to get more, considering that nobody bothered to fix their gravy station.
