They attended my cat as an emergency, after 4 days they couldnt give us an honest opinion of what was going on. Only when i said im taking my cat to another vet hospital, they said oh yes she is in really bad shape and you need to take her to Norderstedt Hospital. We paid 2400e and absolutly no progress on my cat situation. In Nordeersted after 30 min. they realise she had kidney stones and after one day they told me is too bad at this point. I had to put my cat to sleep but what it brakes my heart its her last days have to be so terrible in pain and alone, when they could have give us a faster diagnosis. Never ever will trust my other cat to this clinic.

Every time I needed their service, everything was perfect, even when I needed on Sunday 1AM. Also the vets were able to communicate in English and all very friendly. And specially, dr. Simon McIntosh was always very competent and careful with our animals.
