Phòng rất là sạch sẽ và tươm tất, đầy đủ tiện ích luôn. Giá cả thì có thể nói là rẻ nhất trong khu vực mà về chất lượng thì k có gì để chê cả. Quá tuyệt. điểm cộng: phòng thoáng mát, và còn rất mới. không gian yên tĩnh và phòng cách âm tốt. ở gần bến xe quy nhơn thuận tiện cho đi lại. cách biển chừng 300m đi bộ. có sẵn xe máy( số) cho thuê nhưng nên liên hệ trước. giá phòng rất mềm và lúc hỏi đặt phòng thì tư vấn nhiệt tình. và còn hướng dẫn các chỗ ăn uống thêm. điểm trừ: cách hơi xa trung tâm mua sắm vui chơi. phòng mình ở chưa có tủ lạnh(01-T3).

Drive a few kilometers to reach the center of Quy Nhon city. If you like being close to locals and seeing their daily lives, this is a suitable choice.
