Worst hotel I have ever visited that is supposed to be 5 star. I wonder how this can be possible. The first photos show the area in front of the pool, it stinks and is absolutely ugly. It felt like the room had never been cleaned and we didn't have the room cleaned once in our 4 days. There were still cigarette butts from the previous resident on the balcony. We were also woken up twice by a false fire alarm. I would love to give an even worse rating, but that's not possible. Stay away from this hotel!

A gigantic reinforced concrete hive of over 20 floors and an impressive number of apartments, which are accessed via six fast elevators. Our apartment was clean and very spacious, the kitchen worked, the toilets were good... The contact person was kind and punctual in solving all our problems. Excellent quality/price ratio. I advise.
