The worst service logistic I have ever experienced. The order is not taken according to the queue, instead they take orders for lattes first. If you just want t plain coffee, you need to wait much longer. And you know what?? After waiting and seeing all people behind you getting the orders before you, they tell that the coffee just ran out, and you need to another 5min 🤨.

Decent place to grab a coffee, but expensive and no refills included. Updated, lowered the rating, they now tend to leave all the tables with dishes on. Feels like a homeless cafe

Good as usual. You always get nice coffee and service in any Espresso House cafe.

I like the location, close to the metro station, and to a mall, and on the way to Karolinska institutet

I ordered using the App when i was two minutes away. My order was ready before I got there... Fantastic!

Some people who work at espresso house are great. Some are rude and have definitely given up any semblance of civility. The iced stuff are definitely not worth the money. They fill it up with ice and then add the stuff. There's barely anything to drink. Not to mention their prices are ridiculous.

Ordered a plain black coffee. Was asked if I wanted an Ethiopian ecological coffee "for just a few crowns more". Turned out to be their most expensive coffee and twice the price of a normal coffee. I assume the friendly poor staff gets trained and pressured to sell as much as possible no matter what. Espresso House seems focused on sales and revenue at all costs instead of creating a nice relaxing atmosphere making customers wanting to return. Sad and worrying development. It's not such much about the price as the vibe it's creating, making me want to avoid this place and not support this way of doing business. There are a couple of nicer cafes in the area I'd suggest you to support rather than this one.

Very good coffee and small dishes! Maybe the meadow seats would get some attention? The staff refers to the opposite side of the café to get such a simple thing as a napkin. Broken chair reinforces the feeling that this side of the café is not in focus...

Quite cozy place to hang out at, a bit uncomfortable to sit and no great "corners" if you want to sit alone.

Your standard Espresso House. Makes a good coffee stop or meeting place if you're in the area.

Opens early and serve quality products. Quiet and nice place, but not cheap.
