Staff was condescending (at least the older man working the front desk). The pool is not included and you have too book it which should have been shown more clearly - costs extra. Quite disapointed. - no place to sit with computer in room.

My stay in this hotel was very plesant. Room was cosy, bed was comfortable, but bathroom could have been a little bit bigger. The breakfast was also very nice and had many vegan options, so I didn't have to worry about my allergy. Barmaid also made tasty mocktails for us. I just wish the entry to the spa area was included in the price or was a little bit cheaper.

The first time we visited this hotel about everything went wrong, the room wasn't ready in time (had to sit over 1 hour waiting in limbo in the reception hall), AC not working, broken elevator, key cards not working and anything but a pleasant breakfast experience. After giving feedback we were personally contacted by the hotel director who offered us a complementary free nights stay. We accepted since we had the need to go to Stockholm again and this time everything was perfect. As one expects at a hotel stay. We visited the spa which was really nice, staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are newly renovated and very fresh. Nice breakfast, this is a hidden gem and we will surely go here again. Easy access to Stockholm city the hotel is situated just 50-100 meter from the commute train to Stockholm city, only one stop from the hotel to Mall of Scandinavia. Really impressed by the managers approach to a complaint, we did not expect any compensation, they really take pride in keeping the customer happy!

Gorgeous property and super comfy rooms. Safety was a major concern as a man walked into our room at 9pm even though we had the door deadbolt locked and the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door. After much questioning and confusion, we found out he is part of hotel security. Nobody could explain why he used the master key and walked into our room while we were sitting in our undergarments! They offered us to sit in the jacuzzi hot tub and sauna room. We have busy travel schedules and don’t have time for these accommodations. Cleaning service became unavailable, suddenly after we’ve been here for 3 nights already. We are clean guests, as we make our own bed in the morning and put all our dirty towels in one space on the floor to make it easier for the maid service. Unsure why the cleaning service disappeared. Again, the hotel could not explain what happened and had a thousand excuses as to what they thought might be the issue, including “this is how hotels everywhere conduct cleaning of their rooms”. Um, excuse me ma’am. We’ve had no problems in the last two hotels in two different countries in the last 2 weeks nor the last 3 nights in THIS hotel. Suddenly, today is a problem? Try again. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in a room with a queen size bed, very comfortable space. Breakfast from 7am-11am was very beneficial, so you could sleep in a bit if you felt like you wanted to. Best part of all was the train/bus station being a 3 minute walk right beside the hotel!

It is a cheap hotel (but still you get less than what you paid for). If you have a car, DO NOT go to this hotel. They offer NO parking whatsoever and you are the mercy of local city parking authority and the city is notorious for making money off of hapless visitors.

Cannot recommend for the price paid. Too many things weren’t quite the standard you should expect for a 4 star hotel. The room is okay but not special. You cannot open the windows and air conditioning cannot be switched off. The toilet paper is 1 layered. The minibar is empty, doesn’t cool properly and makes loud noises. Some tv programs didn’t work. The spa is not included and you can only use it for 2 hours to a pre booked time slot. No free snacks in the hotel room. Agreements made with the reception are not kept. Parking costs extra. Breakfast is only mediocre. Hand sanitising stations were empty. And the list goes on… that’s a pass for next time!

Stayed here before and will def stay again. Location of the hotel is really good, close to Friends Arena and pendeltåg station. Love the design of the rooms. I visited the SPA both times and was very happy with it. Staff is really nice and helpful and I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommend.

A very nice hotel, spotless and clean every day. There was a big café area where you can have drinks, breakfast and dinner. The hotel is provided of a gym open 24/7 and a spa. The staff was kind and nice however, could be more warm and welcoming.

Super nice modern hotel at a very reasonable price. Really nice included breakfast. Train station is literally around the corner (10 mins to downtown) but rooms are super insulated so you do not hear the trains. Do not park across the street (super expensive), but there is a large parking garage just 150m away (EasyPark, 180 kr per day). Great running trails less than 1km away by golf course / outdoor museum.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered thorough recommendations every time I approached them. The hotel has a full gym. Swimming pool and spa is not apart of the hotel and requires additional fee. The hotel is right next to the train/rail station. About 15 minutes away from Stockholm city. Service in the bar/restaurant requires improvement. Service was always awkward and we didn’t feel welcomed. Restaurant staff just awkwardly running around instead of serving the guests. Highly recommend this hotel!

Usually, I go on business trips around 5-6 times a year, and this hotel has been a frequent choice for me and my colleagues. However, during our stay on September 19th at 7:00 in the morning, I had an unfortunate encounter with an extremely disrespectful receptionist. Thanks to this incident, I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to my colleagues. Despite this negative experience, I must admit that the hotel itself does offer pleasant accommodations, including nice rooms and a lovely spa.

Easy to get to city centre or airport, and close to Westfield mall. Good, spacious room, and breakfast was included (to my surprise!). Friendly staff, and the interior and amenities are in line with other AC Hotels I’ve stayed at.

The rooms are just fine (including iron), with a good bed. The bathroom is rather small. Annoying that the holder for the normal shower head was broken and nobody fixed it (3 night stay). Breakfast is very limited.

We were here for a 21 hour layover and had a very comfortable stay! Karim who worked the night shift was particularly very kind and helpful to us. We definitely want to come back and explore more of the area! Rooms were clean and we had a great sleep.

Read this review before considering staying here with children. Don't consider staying here with children. We came with our five year old daughter and were looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool. The hotel pool does not allow kids under 6 and everyone who swims has to pay a fee. I have never stayed at a Marriott where I had to pay to swim in the pool. Additionally, they have installed the showers so that they - by design - do not put out hot water. It tops out at 37 degrees. I have been to hotels that have had issues with hot water before - I have never been to a hotel that has hot water issues by design. There also was no plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer or electric shaver. The beds do not have fitted sheets, just cover sheets that do actually tuck under, so you end up sleeping on the mattress. This hotel is way too expensive to have these issues. Stay elsewhere, especially if you have kids, like hot showers, want to blow dry your hair by the mirror, and/or like to sleep on sheets.

Clean and comfortable business hotel. Staff were kind and helpful. A suggestion to improve is to have a coffee pod machine in the room. The bed was too soft, but this is the same as all other hotels in Sweden.

There is no air conditioning control in the room. When I asked the front desk staff how to control the thermostat (the room was too hot) I was told that an outside company controls the temperature. The thermostat in the room is essentially a dummy unit. I was told to come back in the morning... which makes no sense. Ironic that the hotel is called the "AC"... Guess I'm not sleeping tonight.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have to mention that we were disappointed to hear that children are not allowed to the Pool area and that you have to pay a daily fee for adults&kids to go and take a swim. the hotel rooms are very nice and clean

Most of the staff are good, but the only female staff in their 40s who is Latino or Asian at the front desk is too bad. She was overbearing and businesslike, and has no consideration for customers or even a shred of kindness.

Really enjoyed my stay here nice room and great location, breakfast was good and in the evening I had dinner in the restaurant. Swedish food with a modern touch, good location for airport and city centre. Staff was nice

The location is super convenient, right next to the train station to get to/from the city centre in no time. The buffet breakfast is a great amenity and it’s of course very tasty! Definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Stockholm.

Missing parking, especially inconvenient for handicapped people. There is a parking house nearby, but not close enough. Otherwise, it's a very nice place. Great breakfast buffet and spa. Extremly helpful staff, including cleaning staff. Conveniently located not too far from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, with amongst other several places to eat or take out.

Our stay was nice. To note: their spa is not included in the hotel costs. Nevertheless we had a great experience and will definitely recommend the hotel.

Perfect location !. Just few steps from the Ulriksdal train station with a fast connection to the Arlanda airport and the Scandinavia Mall in Solna. Room is comfortable with a fridge and a tea and coffee set. Breakfast is good and everyone is requested to schedule the time of the breakfast in advance to avoid congestions in the morning. The front desk personnel is friendly and professional. The only downside of the hotel is the extra (high) charge for the SPA and sauna access, it should be free for the hotel guests.

Mainly a business hotel but good for a family trip to Stockholm. Hotel is about 2 years old. Quiet neighbourhood. There is a grocery store half a minute walk. And another one 2 mins walk. It's also a minute walk to the train station and takes u to the Stockholm Central station in less than 10 mins.

Great hotel, rooms are very well equipped with Iron, hangers, coffee, etc etc. I believe it's new. Staff are friendly and professional, kind, and helpful. My only niggle is no room service or lounge open late - was advised to use Uber.

I think the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, I enjoyed it every morning. The room was great, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, but the fridge made a lot of noise, a bit annoying. The attention received by the hotel workers both in reception, restaurant and housekeeping was very good. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, quite well. And the gym was very nice too, clean and neat.

Good hotel, nice decoration, new, modern and comfortable rooms. There's a gym, restaurant, even a swimming pool. Location is good, depends where you plan to go. There's a train station right next door to go to Stockholm or going north. The staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is crowded and a bit tight, and may need to wait a while to get your coffee.
