Rooms were good as compared to other hotels in Rawlakot. Their lift doesn't work so have to use stairs and it's 3 4 floors high. However, rooms were clean and spacious

The rooms were almost new, clean, fresh linen, clean pillows. Service can be better but given the location that was much more than one generally anticipates. Food was nice and tasty, although on the pricier side when you compare with what you can get from the local shops/bazaar but we decided to not risk our stomachs and went with the safer option. Did not regret it one bit.

Staff not good. Fan issue in room not cooling system. But neat and clean
