Amazing Service and Ice cream! This is the place to go for nice customer service and Ice Cream, although I haven’t tried the food but it looks appetizing. I recommend those who look for a delicious Oreo Sundae, it’s very good!

They have the best Mushroom Swiss Burger! Also, there is this weirdly shaped thing called "sidewinders", absolute masterpiece. Their cheese curds are really good as well. The lady is extremely friendly and welcoming. This is the place I visit whenever I have a craving for fast foods.

For years I drove by! Why?? Friday night I decided to give it a shot. First off, outstanding service and super friendly staff -- two wonderful hardworking ladies running the whole operation. I hope they are getting compensated well for they do a fine job. They made my triple hamburger, custom, just how I requested, with LOTS of onions. The quality of the beef was good and the red onions, both raw and grilled were perfect in quality and quantity. I also had the cheesecake custard, it was yummy and I enjoyed the soft serve like texture (a little different from places like Kopp's and Oscar's, yet different was delicious in this case) Also dig the atmosphere. Will be back :)

Great customer service! I love the lady who is always at the register inside she's so sweet! The food is amazing and it's really not that expensive at all! Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend

My first time at this restaurant so I ordered based off of staff recommendation: the Western Burger. I also got the cheese curds. The sandwich was SO good. Plenty of sauce, cheese, and onion rings. They didn't hold back. The curds were a larger helping than I expected. Definitely ate too much, but I plan on coming back again soon! How have I never been here before??! Support local business and stop by.

Maggie was wonderful. She's the reason I'm leaving this review more than anything else. She was a beaming light in the service industry. Often, I find most people don't pay attention to the customer. She was helpful, kind, and cheerful! It was refreshing. And the custard was great too. Thanks again. Asher made some great food!

The food is less than desirable. The lemonade is a powder mix that they do not offer refills on. The restaurant feels extremely dirty and outdated. The cashier Maggie seemed to have a huge stick up her… never mind. I just DO NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money here.

I've been coming here during my lunch break for a couple of months and have NEVER been disappointed. My coworkers absolutely love BCM and are addicted to their special creamy-spicy sauce. I've had a variety of menu items and find new favorites each time I order. The staff is TOP TIER and are very friendly. Forever a fan of this establishment(:

Whoever the woman was working (Latino girl) I sure hope you’re making some big $ by far the best customer service from her and only her working anywhere around. Best CS in RACINE easily. We’ve never been here before and the food is fresh & good and a great atmosphere. We’ll back back. Much rather give this place my money than McDonald’s etc…

We have been having our connect groups here for two seasons and let me tell you, they are the most accommodating people ever. They are so friendly, they had an area set aside for us each week and always worked with us if we needed something. The custard is yummy and the food is good. I would recommend you to go visit and enjoy your dinner.

Lovely restaurant with an enjoyable enterior. It gives a retro vibe with a modern twist. The food is amazing, especially their custard. They have a monthly switch of flavors and they are always amazing. Even if you haven’t tried custard, go ahead it’s worth it. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. I have never ran into any issues here and I see myself as a frequent customer here. If this restaurant is not a convenient area for your location, try their sister restaurant “Dogs and Cream.” Same delicious food, same amazing service, just a different retro style. It’s the best fast-food restaurant. I’d even call it gourmet.
