I
placed
an
online
order
and
spoke
with
Cierra.
My
order
was
a
cheeseburger
and
onion
rings
and
a
double
cheeseburger
and
fries
which
totaled
$30.00.
I
asked
Cierra
why
so
much
considering
the
menu
states
the
cheeseburger
is
less
than
$6.00
and
the
double
cheeseburger
less
than
$8.00.
She
replied,
I
must
be
looking
at
an
old
menu.
Ok,
but
this
is
the
one
you
have
online,
I
replied.
Cierra
informed
me
that
it
is
not
her
fault
what
menu
the
company
chooses
to
use.
At
this
point,
I
thought
it
was
necessary
for
Cierra
to
practice
WORLD
CLASS
CUSTOMER
SERVICE,
which
I
shared
with
her.
Cierra
shared
with
me
that
customer
service
is
not
her
job,
that
simply
to
take
my
order.
Ofcourse,
I
reminded
her
that
anytime
you
come
into
contact
with
someone
that
you
are
providing
a
service
to,
it
is
considered
customer
service.
At
this
point
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
and
was
told
that
I
could
not
speak
with
one
and
Cierra
simply
hung
up
the
phone.
Needless
to
say,
poor
customer
service
and
this
was
my
1st
and
last
experience.
Cierra,
if
you
don't
want
to
provide
customer
service,
don't
work!
