This place is horrible. Placed a mobile order to be picked up at 3:30. Sat here for 15 min waiting on a large fry. 2 cars in the drive through, and 1 table dining. I ain’t tryin to hear about short staffing. 15 minutes for a large fry is unacceptable. Everything else was cold. Asked for a manager and they never came out the office. I’ll never come back here. Pretty sad.

Very tasty. Speedy service, hot, good tasting food for a good price. I Recommend you try this place out, especially if you're from the UK lol

During the daytime it runs fairly fast and efficient. Late at night the drive thru line is so long it's into the street. Probably due to the fact it is one of only a few places open after 10pm. The wait is still decent considering.

Very dirty. Employee's just standing around talking. Customer service is terrible. They made me come into the store to pick up an order and I tried to tell them I was handicapped and didn't want to come inside due to how slippery their floors were (as i am healing from a broken leg and walk with a cane)and they made me come in and when I walked in two girls standing there talking and my order was right on the counter. This was father's day and there wasn't anyone in drive thru. I will not go back there!

Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food. They were one of the first ones to come with a dollar menu. Helping people who couldn't afford a lot to be able to get something to eat. I really think they are one of best tasting fast food restaurants. Something for the whole family. I have had a great experience because they have a great staff. God bless them all.

I ordered this at night never received it when I call the restaurant they said I had to call corporate corporate don't answer their phone when I call them the next day you couldn't get a hold of anyone at corporate terrible service then that morning the next morning the doordash guy was trying to pick up my order because for some reason they had it as 10:29 in the morning so I got a hold of doordash and they canceled it and I will never buy anything from Wendy's again worst customer service ever the person at the restaurant said they couldn't do anything because it was in the app and I had to call corporate but when you call corporate you can't get a hold of anybody

So the food is always freshly prepared and hot but something is wrong with their Diet Coke. I don’t know what but I have food poisoning right now. The Diet Coke tasted funny, I don’t know if a chemical got in it, the machine needs cleaning or something crawled in it and died but it taste wrong. Please fix before someone else gets sick!

I would like to leave a nice review about the young man named Martin working the window. He was so kind and it was super late and in normally people are tired and not the most friendly, but Martin exceeded my expectations and he was the friendliest nicest boy I’ve ever seen. Besides, his gap tooth, he was the most beautiful man. Martin, I love you and I hope you me. Have a great rest of your shift and your third day. PS Martin deserves a huge raise.

Lady at the front counter was rude, very impatient with the other customers. Fries were fresh. Salad was excellent

Wrong food, great employees made it feel good to be there, but again they need to get the orders right. Food did not taste right either.

I rarely go into fast-food restaurants so it's unfair to grade the atmosphere. Usually, it's a good place with good service, and the baconator breakfast sandwich is untouched by any other fast food restaurant, in my opinion.

I love Wendy's, I love their hamburgers, especially their fries, but there are certain hours when the pleasant experience becomes a nightmare, especially when they make a mistake in 3 of 5 orders that you ordered.

The food is average when made correctly. The interior is nice and a great atmosphere. The poor service starts as you pull up and the drive thru line doesn't move, if you park near the building you'll be blocked by the slow moving drive thru line. I come inside amd the manager who was not wearing a name tag was doing everything but listening to my order then when my sandwich was wrong she had an attitude over why it was wrong. I could have been rude but I simply said my sandwich wasn't right. I rarely have a good experience here

Arrived to pick up an order and was ignored for over 15 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged I was only checked in. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous....

If I could give a Zero star review, I would. I waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. After I paid, it was discovered that my order was taken incorrectly and they hadn't charged me enough for the two meals I had ordered. They said the only way to fix this was to park and come inside. When I parked, the first door was broken. I had to get in my car again and drive around to the other side of the building and enter there. There was a very long line and I went immediately to the counter. I was ignored and listened to the manager swear as she was filling bag orders. She finally asked me why I was there and I told her my order was taken incorrectly and I was told to come inside to fix it and get my food. She argued with me and told me I had to go to the back of the line because these people were here before me. I told her I had already waited for 20 minutes outside, excluding the time to park and come inside to fix this. She would not help me unless I went to the back of the line. I demanded my money back. She took my card without saying a word. When my receipt for the refund printed, she pointed at it for me to take it myself. I have never been treated like this, especially by a manager. I will NEVER step foot in a Wendy's again after this experience. I was here on 1/29/23 starting at 6:15pm and left at 6:50pm. With no food.

I’m consistently impressed with how fast this location goes through its late night line. I always feel bad for the workers going this late, but they are usually very nice regardless

Inconsistent lobby hours, as a delivery driver this is incredibly inconvenient. One day I’ll show up at 9:15 PM and use the drive-through and be told that I will not be giving the order until I come inside. Two days later the lobby is locked at 9:15 PM. If you (the supposed manager) are going to demand that DoorDash drivers use the lobby during the open lobby hours, you must have consistent lobby hours. It would also help to actually post those lobby hours on the delivery instructions portion of the app.

Don’t get me wrong, Wendy’s is super fire! But just be prepared to wait about 5-15mins or more in that drive-thru lane, You will thank me later👍

My boyfriend had an incident at work where 300° oil fell on his foot and the manager didn’t properly deal with his situation. She had no regard for his safety for a task he wasn’t taught how to do. Don’t come here, they don’t care for their workers well being. He got a blister and they didn’t even help. They wanted him to keep working.

The junior bacon cheeseburgers we're great the fries were cold and hard

Went 2 times in the last week early and late to grab food for 7. All my food was accounted for and fresh and employees were friendly. 🥰🤗

The quality of this Wendy’s goes up and down through the years honestly. I love that it’s the only place around that’s open until 3, but one time I got a cookie from them with a bite taken out of it already. That was years ago however and I do think they’ve gotten better so I still go here once in a blue moon.
