If
I
could
give
a
Zero
star
review,
I
would.
I
waited
in
the
drive
thru
line
for
about
20
minutes.
After
I
paid,
it
was
discovered
that
my
order
was
taken
incorrectly
and
they
hadn't
charged
me
enough
for
the
two
meals
I
had
ordered.
They
said
the
only
way
to
fix
this
was
to
park
and
come
inside.
When
I
parked,
the
first
door
was
broken.
I
had
to
get
in
my
car
again
and
drive
around
to
the
other
side
of
the
building
and
enter
there.
There
was
a
very
long
line
and
I
went
immediately
to
the
counter.
I
was
ignored
and
listened
to
the
manager
swear
as
she
was
filling
bag
orders.
She
finally
asked
me
why
I
was
there
and
I
told
her
my
order
was
taken
incorrectly
and
I
was
told
to
come
inside
to
fix
it
and
get
my
food.
She
argued
with
me
and
told
me
I
had
to
go
to
the
back
of
the
line
because
these
people
were
here
before
me.
I
told
her
I
had
already
waited
for
20
minutes
outside,
excluding
the
time
to
park
and
come
inside
to
fix
this.
She
would
not
help
me
unless
I
went
to
the
back
of
the
line.
I
demanded
my
money
back.
She
took
my
card
without
saying
a
word.
When
my
receipt
for
the
refund
printed,
she
pointed
at
it
for
me
to
take
it
myself.
I
have
never
been
treated
like
this,
especially
by
a
manager.
I
will
NEVER
step
foot
in
a
Wendy's
again
after
this
experience.
I
was
here
on
1/29/23
starting
at
6:15pm
and
left
at
6:50pm.
With
no
food.
