OK so heres what happen i used to work at this jimmy john but it didn't last long because my first couple of days the manager and some of the employee were disrespectful. i then quit the spot because i didn't just leave a company that treated me like bad to just get treated worse after i quit i would order food from there but every time i would order something would be missing from my order. so i stopped ordering from there. i'm not a mean person i like the job but it was the way that i was treated on my first couple days please fix this issue because this was so unacceptable

Don’t eat here ever . A picture went viral today, a woman found insect eggs in her sub . An employee also posted on Facebook how the manager is also very disgusting and how workers don’t wash their hands . Avoid this place at all costs

A hour after ordering I called the store. I was informed that a driver had just left with orders. That was 45 minutes ago. Should not have to wait 2 hours for a sandwich.

Ordered online, order was received at 1:13 pm. 2:10, food had not arrived yet. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who told me the driver would be going out the door right away with my food. I am less than half a mile away, it’s currently 2:43 pm and my food still has not arrived. Never have I ever had to wait this long for Jimmy Johns to deliver food. Extremely disappointed.

Took the kids there and we got fast service and they were polite and the restaurant was clean..werr going back

If you want your order at a certain time, I would recommend scheduling it for the time slot an hour before you need it. I scheduled mine for 12:45 and it’s just about 1:30 and I still haven’t received it. I called them at 1 and they said it would be another half hour…. It still hasn’t shown up as out for delivery when I check the status. Edit* They marked it out for delivery, I’m located about 5 minutes from the store at it’s been another 30 minutes since then.

First time there. The sandwich I ordered was good but not as good as I thought but will have to go again and try another. The bread was tasty though

Tried a chicken ceasar wrap. Was very good, but next time, I will ask for less sauce/dressing.

Solid Jimmy John's location but subs are definitely not delivered fast, especially not freaky fast, quite slow actually like about an hour.

They didn't have any wraps they offer because they forgot to thaw out the chicken smh what a waste of time. If you offer it have it ready and it's still early

I travel many places and had plenty of deliveries.The guys that delivered my food was completely terrible.Through my food at me over a tip and I tip through DoorDash.The worst.I couldn’t even enjoy my food the way I got treated

I really like this store. I've never been let down by the food or the service and everyone that works there and delivers is always cool.

Second time I've been in a jimmy johns. First thing I noticed was that the guy making sandwiches had long shaggy hair he was swingin' around. Sure enough...found a hair embedded in my sandwich. 🤢 Can't believe this would be allowed. Everyone else working had hair tied back or short hair. Will NEVER GO BACK HERE!! And will share my experience with others. YEECH!

I’m not sure why this Jimmy John’s is so different then the others, but I’ve ordered delivery here several times and it always takes longer (one time over an hour with no notification). Two of the three times I’ve been in the location my sandwich order was wrong. When I was there Saturday they were answering the phone by saying “Jimmy John’s we are at 1.5 hours for deliver.” Crazy. I think a three star is fair for this location.

Spent $45.41 plus $9 tip. Order sat on the tracker for over 30 minutes. The driver did get it to me within 10 minutes once tracker changed to out for delivery, total over 45 minutes. Never this long at other locals. It was brought to my door since he lives in my building. Bread on the hard side. Meats less than I get at the Mount Pleasant location and the Libertyville location in IL by my job. Requested cheese added and extra cheese on another. Very slim pieces provided, again never an issue at the othe 2 locals. Ordered next day and spent $33 and did pick up after reading all the bad reviews, wanted to see for myself. Mayo packets requested since they did not put xtra as requested day before. No packetes in bag. Like day before 3 sandwhiches squeezed into 1 little bag. Xtra requested items very skimpy again. Mind you other 2 locals never have had to ask for xtra, just add to. This order number was 1518829320466304. Again bread harder. When I walked in was stared at then asked why I was there. Told rather cold my food was on a rack by the door. I spent a lot at this local in 2 days. I will no longer go to this local and will notify friends/ family to avoid as well. I will be leaving google and yelp reviews also. Thanks.

Couldn't understand order taker. I then waited for 5 minutes while the 2 empolees did nothing until 3rd employee showed up to start to make the make the $10 sandwich. Also saw braclets worn over gloves. This was the 2nd time in a row with bad service here in the last month. The sandwiches were also made first wet bread and the 2nd messy and cheap. I won't be back any time soon.

I have had typically good experiences ordering and delivering from here. A lot of people order from the place I work and its never been an issue. Today was another story I ordered online on the app and it said it was out for delivery at 11:45 it didn't show up until after 1pm!! What is even more frustrating is the delivery person delivered other orders literally talked to me and said my order wasn't there and he was going to go and get it. OK....still nothing so I called and the delivery person answers then says he remembers bringing it, then says someone else picked it up! Um no. I finally get it after mine and my daughters lunch hr and he apologizes.

Ordered an hour ago... it said my lunch went out almost immediately. I am only 5 minutes away but I still don't have my lunch and now my lunch hour is almost done. I called and they said it came back because the driver forgot the soda. Promised that it would be here soon... 15 minutes ago!!! 😡
