Updated Review - 11/23/22: I am going to have to lower my number from 5 stars to 3 stars this time... for many reasons. First, the cookies and chips were smashed underneath the sandwiches... I mean smashed! The chips were in a little ball... And the Glove Cookies (see pic) were cracked... And fell apart when I picked them up. Then the sandwich... OMG! I ordered a Toasted Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. It might as well have been what they called in the Blues Brother's movie... A "wish sandwich"... I "wish" it had some meat inside if it. There was maybe one piece of meat... some pickled red onions... and horseradish sauce.. on Artisan Ciabatta bread. It was dry as a bone. I couldn't even finish it. The good news is... The Toasted Fontega Chicken Sandwich was good... And the Cheedar and Broccoli soup was delicious! That is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. They need to learn to stack their to go bags... And put more meat on their sandwiches! ------------------------------------------------- Updated Review - 9/4/22: We love Panera! The food is always fresh and delicious! My new favorite is the Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. Mmmm!!! We use the order using the in-store Rapid Pick-up…. Fast and easy! I recommend Panera Bread! —————————————————————————— Original Review: Great bagels! I wanted bagels for Father's Day. We went and picked some up at the Racine location. Ready in and out. Great selection of bagels. They packed them tight in a plastic bag. They were fresh the next morning... And delicious!!! Mmmm!!!

I had a fantastic experience here last Friday! It was super busy, but the staff handled it well - they were kind, informative, funny, and helpful. The food was delicious and as I was leaving I was trying to balance carrying a couple things and a woman who worked there grabbed my salad bowl and plate and said, "I'll get this for you". I sincerely appreciated it and left with such a good feeling. Thank you to everyone working here that day, in such weird times, I had a great experience and appreciate you all!

I just left Panera bread, I ordered a brownie with my order and it was not in my sealed bag, no straw for my drink and the cups of dressing were half full. Literally couldn’t eat my salad because I didn’t have enough dressing. I asked for a refund for my brownie, they couldn’t give me one. But wanted to send a voucher in the mail for free items. Poor service. The sad part is the manager was the person who brought my food to my car after a 15 minute wait. I would never come there again.

This is definitely not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. The last few times we’ve ordered from here there has either been missing items from the order or bad food. Today will be the last time we ever visit this specific location due to the hair my fiancé found in his salad along with the stale croutons. The chicken in my salad was grey and there was barely any steak on my sandwich. We paid almost $30 for a meal that shouldn’t have cost more than $10.

So I've only had Panera a couple of times and absolutely LOVE their Mexican chowder soup and the cookies. I've ordered at least delivery two or three times through them and I believe this time will be the last time until they get better quality control. The first time I ordered, I received everything but the tortilla strips were super stale. The second time I ordered delivery, everything was brought but the four packs of cookies, which I called and requested a refund for because I get it, it gets busy and people forget things. Today, I ordered almost the same order as I did on August 1st, and once again the cookies are not in the bag and neither were the utensils I requested. It's kind of aggravating because why am I paying $30 - $40 for you to keep forgetting things or at least reach out and let someone know that you don't have that item so I have a choice of a refund or a coupon. :(

they moved locations and hire people who can’t even read colors let alone do the basics of their job. it says in big letters the name of the order and color of the car. black and red are very different. we waited for 20 minutes and the girl gives our food to the car waiting behind us???? then offers me a cookie???

Overall this Panera is fine, but they evidently have 1lb of cheese that they have to make last on every Asiago bagel for the week. We go here every weekend and in 4 years have never had a bagel that had more than a sprinkle of cheese on it. This isn't a problem at all locations, as the picture "Today" shows when we went to another location. They're in a nice area, I don't understand why they skimp on the ingredients

Start with the drinks... no juices the guy was making them and it took the entire time we were there and he was still making them when we left... he and his cart were in the way of the drink station, he ran food outside and kicked open the door so it made for a hostile feeling atmosphere. Now the food... the chicken Noodle soup was barely room temperature and looked like Campbell's Chunky soup. Next time microwave it longer at least... I won't be back for that service at those prices. UPDATE: Service was terrible, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before going in and my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold, bag was soaked from them spilling the soup inside...10 employees inside and not 1 could bring the food out hot and fresh. I wish I read my review prior to making this mistake again.

Devon should no longer be employed at Panera. My husband got a doordash order for Wendy's and Panera bread that was going to the same customer. We picked up the Wendy's order first and we arrived at Panera bread assuming that would be ready as well. My husband spoke with a female manager. He explained that maybe they shouldn't take doubled orders if they can't handle it because now the Wendy's food would be cold. Also because they took the doubled order he couldn't just drop the Panera bread order. She said they would get it ready right away. So he stepped away from the counter and waited. When the food was ready that's when manager Devon jumped into it. He started yelling at him telling him he shouldn't take their orders anymore and that he needed to leave. Now I must say when he was talking to the female everything was calm he just explained he didn't want to take cold food because they couldn't get their food ready on time. Devon never should have said anything to him. He was already dealing with the female manager in the store. I was watching this all happen and I have to say I've never seen anyone react the way that Devon did. He shouldn't be a manager there or any kind of employee at Panera. I'm guessing from the other reviews of this place nothing will be done. However with employees like Devon you will lose a lot of customers. I've filed a complaint with doordash as well to help other dashers avoid this store.

The person at the cashier was high out of her mind or something that she took ages to figure out how to use her cashier and kept getting distracted by another coworker. When my friend placed her order she seemed like she didn't even know what was going on. The food was terrible. I've been going to Panera for years and I guess because of inflation it means that the price goes up and so the quality of food has gone down. Cream of chicken and wild rice had no cream to it and was just broth. It also had an off putting taste. Cheddar Broccoli noodles looked more like soup that actual noodles. The location was so much better when they were by kohls. The fact that my meal alone for a you pick two was almost 30 dollars. Like absolute trash. The food was worse than the hospital food that I eat at work. Do better Panera. Definitely never going back after being loyal for years.

I did a rapid pick up order through the drive-thru and my cream cheese for my bagel was missed. I had to get out to go in. The manager or supervisor not sure who she was offered a pastry for free for the inconvenience and I thought that was very considerate. Being a former customer service manager I appreciate that. Food is good also, I’ll definitely keep going here.

Love the new menu changes for the season! Superb soups and salads, strawberries are always a hit! Nice improvements with the table service and wooden panels for privacy in the booths. Perfect place to treat yourself. Pick two and drop a $20/two. Healthy options if you stay away from the bakery.

We checked out this new location for breakfast when an early morning storm knocked out power in our nearby village. It's a little more sparsely decorated and less intimate than the small-town Panera locations I'm accustomed to, but spacious, fresh, clean, with plenty of seating: good for higher visitor volumes; and the food is every bit as good as at the cozier locations. We got the family pack of breakfast wraps, two of each kind: even the non-devotees of the family - new to Panera - were impressed. That and a "box" of coffee kept us going till power was restored. Lastly, I don't often use voice commands to Google Maps, even when I travel, but when I do, it is often to ask for "Panera near me", and fortunately there usually is one.

Worst Panera have ever been to in the US. They are extremely slow, they never have bagels, they never have frozen drinks, whether it’s drive thru or dining in, you still have to wait over 20 minutes to get your food even when it’s EMPTY. Important to note that when Panera was by Festival/Ulta this never occurred, ever since they moved locations it’s simply terrible.

Called to give management feedback but they never picked up so I'll share it here. It's funny that yellow lettuce isn't on the Panera menu but they serve it to patrons. The same goes on pedals and strings of partially sliced tomatoes. I've been going to various Panera locations for years and this location by fas had the worst food prep. The managemrnt also leaves paperwork, blocks of woods, pens, scissors, and boxes in areas that are aupoosed to be sanitary and where food is served.

I love panera! Everything I've tried from here has been great. I usually get the same thing(s) every time, but my boyfriend tries different things. The aziago fokatcha bread is to die for.

Overpriced, and incredibly slow service. The restaurant was nearly empty, but, it still took 27 minutes to get our food. The evening before we had a lovely dinner at a sushi restaurant and our bill was only three dollars more than our “quick” meal at Panera. 🙄

Ordered online at 8:35pm. Picked up at 9:45pm. Asked the person at the window if everything was in the bag. He/she stated that if it is on the tag it's in the bag. Got home and one item was missing. Called the store 3 times to complain and no one answered any of the calls. All made before closing at 9pm. My wife lodged a complaint on her MyPanera app. We'll see if we get any reply. This should not happen and the employee was rather rude when I asked. Need better training clearly. New location and we will not be back. Plus, the order was for $42+. My terriaki chicken bowl was very light on food for $12.49. So many options here and so disappointed.

Please stop putting ice in the big iced coffee container. It’s not insulated and it waters the iced coffee down so badly. If anything just put a sign on it that says it’s not cold or get another one of those big containers for just the iced coffee like there is for the other drinks.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I asked them to toast my bagels lightly and when I got them home they were burnt. They were so burnt in some spots they were black and had a nasty burnt taste to it. Went back in to get another bagel and this time they didn’t slice or toast it and didn’t give me my cream cheese. I feel like at this point they’re doing this on purpose.

It always is a good spot to eat a little expensive because you really pay more then what you actually get so I don't stop there that off. But there is a nice atmosphere layer the wait staff is always very nice and they always do a good job to cook your food. It is a nice place to meet friends for coffee Bagels lunch sandwiches whatever you want and it's a nice place to relax

My ham and Swiss sandwich was made upside down with the mayonnaise and mustard on the top of the bread not inside of the bread and the manager Attitude was matter of fact although I did get a refund and a new sandwich he needs to have more training in customer service plus it was on the wrong bread with brown lettuce that's a one and done for me. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years and one thing that is a must is keep your customers happy

Food is good, restaurant is clean. But the prices i feel are pretty high for the portion size. $10 for a bowl of tomato soup and 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich is way kind of ridiculous.

Signs everywhere encouraging people to wear a mask during the Covid 19 pandemic. I'm waiting for my Cuban sandwich and half of the food preparers have masks on their heads but the masks ARE NOT COVERING THEIR NOSES! Why bother to wear them ESPECIALLY if you are a food handler!?!?!

We recently ordered from here and were greatly disappointed with what we got. We ordered soup for 4, and got 3 small bowls instead. We also ordered one tuna sandwich with an apple and for the price I expected more than a half can of tuna. I also expected an apple, but got plain chips. Way too expensive for the little food we recieved, unless the meal is actually the bread, in which case they should change their menu to reflect "3 large pieces of bread with a side of some soup." "One bread and tomato sandwich with a spoon of tuna." Speaking of bread, it wasn't even cut, it was torn in half. Imagine being so complacent in your job that you dont bother to cut the bread that you took time to bake? Additionally, I left instructions to call when the food arrives. 30 mins after its latest estimated arrival time, I called to ask what the status on the order is. After waitng for them to phone the driver, they informed me that it was left on the porch. I checked and it was there, cold by then. Will likely not be ordering from here again even after the dining area opens.

Tonight I ordered food from Panera for delivery and the girl who delivered it was absolutely so sweet and had amazing costumer service skills! She didn’t know it but I was feeling under the weather and just how nice she was really put a smile on my face! I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and blonde hair! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for this!

Congrats on serving a whole new type of pickled onion, pickled brown onions. I've worked in Panera's before and there's no way someone on line missed these red(brown) onions being this bad in my Southwest salad. I'm very disappointed both as a customer and an employee. Will not order from Racine anymore.
