    Had my bf pick up our online order. At first the lady told my bf the wrong beverages then when he waited for the OTHER(2) employee to get the correct ones he then filled up our drinks and then the lady continued to stop him as he was walking out insisting that is not what’s on the receipt. The OTHER(2) worker said it was on the receipt and still didn’t listen and made my bf go back to the counter to review it. Then saw she was wrong and said have a good day and brushed it off. We ordered online so we didn’t have to deal with this. She was beyond rude and her attitude was not inviting at all. Definitely not what I want when I walk in. Won’t return Date of being there (01/15/23) @530pm

    I asked for a certain sandwich, and I said everything that it comes with and just add lettuce. It became so many questions, dressings (idk, what comes on it, veggies, idk what comes on it), why have numbers if you're going to ask anyway. Then I got home to give the sandwich to my son and of course they didn't put everything that suppose to come on it...frustrating

    Do not give this establishment your money. They refused to give us a refund for an order we no longer wanted. Gave us some story about they couldn't because we paid thru a 3rd party service (the app). We did not take ethe food, and kept our payment. This is theft!

    Food was okay. No employees wearing any good service protection beyond gloves. No hairnets or beard nets and one gentleman handled money with the same gloves he made my sandwich with. Working in food service, I won't be eating here again; I'm sure it's a matter of time before someone is sick.

    Horrible, spent $30 I wish I can get back last night. My husband picked up dinner for us, gave him such a hard time. Ate it and acouple hours later we realized got food poisoning(including our 3yr old) since he got a sandwich too. Throwing up, and constantly going to the bathroom now for hrs. With all my medical problems already that’s not okay, and our son. Will be reporting and maybe get our money back or something. 0 stars!!!

    I'll not use the app anymore to order I don't EVER get it the way I requested it. ONLY element that was right was NO LETTUCE...I requested extra pickles, olives, peppers, onions etc. I may have had four pieces of onion! The sandwich was good but it wasn't how I requested!!!!

    Since new ownership prices have risen a lot if making a custom sub. I'll say this tho besides Lee's deli on 20 this is on of the only chain stores that will let u make ur sub however you want it.

    This subway doesn't take any coupons and the worst thing I have saw is that the environment is very Unhygienic and they use the same gloves for billing and making sandwich too..Really horrible

    I order online the bread was wrong I got wheat and there was no cheese the meat was half this was the worst sandwich I have ever received from subway clearly its turned into a disappointment now they can't even hire people that can read and yes the cheese and bread was marked I will never order from here again I would rather drive out of my way to at least get what I order

    Worst ever subway in USA. Sandwich is very costly and he is using food items for 2 to 3 days. Suppose to be closed better than damaging health of people only for a small amount of money.

    This subway doesn’t take any coupons and it feels like we got racked over the coals. $20 for 2 subs?! That’s insane. Doesn’t look or feel like a conventional Subway either.

    Dumpy. 3 staff and was long wait very disorganized. Guy making subs stopped and without changing gloves went and touched money/register and then started making sandwiches again. Walked out with the 2 people in line behind me. What a joke and disgusting.

    Are you so desperate that you allow your incompetent employees to come to work in pajama pants and hoodies and let them blast inappropriate rap music throughout the building and take 45 minutes to make 2 subs? This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. So unprofessional and disturbing

    The service was good and the food was fresh. I went around 3pm and there was no line or waiting. I do feel like we could be getting a little more for the money we pay though. I don't go to Subway too often as I feel the overall value has gone down but this is not a bad location and I'd go back.

    Subway has gone downhill. From the disgusting bathrooms to the lack of trained workers, who can out figure out how to warm up meat on a non toasted sandwich to the cashier who cannot figure out how to accept a gift card. This location is the worst compared to many others I have been to

    Um......I usually don't leave bad reviews and that's not even the angle I'm going for here...I'm just gonna say the line was super dirty and needed to be detail cleaned....the bathrooms were so terrible I literally wouldn't let my 3+5yos use them. The sink was backed up in the women's with some nasssssty color to it. The ladies behind the line were kind and quick, however?

    It is a good sandwich, you have to watch how much they charge you. Price on board is not always how much they charge you. Last time I was in they had raised all their prices and the breakfast menu board was empty. I guess I won't be shopping there anymore.
