Previously, the Dress Masters shop in Welisara provided adequate customer service. However, it is really disappointing to inform that Welisara Showroom's customer service is now is now below a usual. They are no longer helpful and have lost interest in their customers; the Cashier's is impolite.

Never deliver on time. Used to be good. But sucks now. Will never ever visit them again

For a full suit I visited around four places and did a small research before I finalize my dress. All of those places were extremely pricey and dress masters was the only place to provide a quality suite for a reasonable price. So I think it’s worth to promote their dresses. You can have a full suit for around 16K whereas other places asked between 30k to 40k.

One of the worst experiance endured. They could not deliver the order even after 1. 5 months of agreed date and could not get the clothing right after going for three fit on sessions. There were no correspondance from their end untill I made inquiries ( same enduded throughout the whole time of 1.5 months ) and for any query they will say " I will get back to you" and never call back. And after 1.5 months of waiting hope they would deliver...their response was...please come as we will return your money...( this experiance was complete opposite to their Negambo branch...where They deliver everything in order)

Highly recommended for your wedding suit done in a short period of time. Quality is good.

Best Quality Finishing full suits for men for the most reasonable price in the area. Only undertake full suit orders. Staff is well communicating, friendly and polite. Parking space is limited (like for 2 Small cars or one sedan car). Punctual👏

Ruined my suit, I have done previously they did a good job, but the suit I got done on October 2022, they ruined my suit, waste of money and time..

The Welisara branch staff are very friendly, flexible and did a good job in formal suits. The place is recommended.

They have provided me with a quality service for my wedding outfit and the for the groomsman. Very efficient and since they have 3 or 4 other branches, the measurement giving process was made very easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think they can improve on communication though.

Highly recommend to get tailored a coat suit. They are very punctual. I got a call for fit on just on the day that I was told and they hand over the kit on mentioned day. Perfect fit! Good customer service. Accept card payments. Have huge material selection.
