I
just
visited
them
for
a
week
during
the
Songkran
holiday.
What
a
great
place
and
a
wonderful
experience
to
be
able
to
live
and
train
at
this
camp.
Tuk
and
Diana
are
such
nice
people
and
made
every
step
of
the
way
from
initial
inquiries
to
booking
and
finally
to
staying
and
training
at
the
camp
-
a
smooth
and
rewarding
trip
for
me.
They
went
above
and
beyond
with
getting
me
situated
in
the
town
and
showing
me
around
-
as
well
as
taking
me
to
some
local
places
to
eat
and
visit
-
like
a
local
sauna
that
was
perfect
for
post
workout
recovery.
Although
I
was
often
one
of
the
few
visitors
(some
days
even
THE
only
one)
at
the
time
due
to
covid
situation
-
their
hospitality
made
me
feel
like
I
wasnβt
alone
and
made
me
feel
like
part
of
the
family.
Khao
Lak
is
a
lovely
little
coastal
town
right
off
the
Andaman
sea.
It
seems
to
attract
divers
and
surfers
and
have
some
nice
quiet
beaches
to
relax
on.
The
town
was
perfect
for
me,
not
too
crowded
or
noisy
but
had
everything
that
youβd
need.
I
had
trainer
On
for
most
of
my
training
sessions
there.
I
canβt
say
enough
about
his
perfect
way
of
teaching.
He
gave
me
an
excellent
balance
between
improving
my
fitness
level,
my
skill
in
Muay
Thai,
and
keeping
things
fresh
and
interesting
as
I
had
to
grind
it
out
on
days
where
I
just
wanted
to
be
lazy!
He
was
a
great
motivator
and
I
really
appreciated
his
attention
to
detail.
As
Iβm
basically
a
beginner,
he
could
have
just
simply
had
me
work
my
butt
off
and
get
tired
on
the
pads
-
instead
he
changed
my
bad
habits,
corrected
my
techniques
and
when
the
timing
was
right,
heβd
introduce
a
new
one
for
me
to
work
on.
All
this
while
making
me
stronger
overall
physically.
Although
I
couldnβt
hang
with
them-
training
alongside
the
fighters
was
a
great
motivator
as
well!
Finally,
a
word
to
the
Thailand
Muay
Thai
Community:
Come
and
train
and
help
support
this
great
gym.
Due
to
the
covid
shutdowns,
great
gyms
like
this
one,
had
to
face
and
still
suffer,
from
some
financial
setbacks
as
the
number
of
visitors
from
overseas
has
been
greatly
reduced.
It
would
be
a
real
shame
if
amazing
places
like
this
have
trouble
continuing
in
the
future.
Come
out
and
support
them!
