It is a lovely spot with a fresh water spring. Kayaks available for rent for 300 baht. Staff were very friendly. Rated only a 3* because it is packed with kayaks. The spring water area is quite small and when we arrived there were 8 kayaks in the area so you couldn't enjoy the nature. Also nobody knows how to paddle a kayak so they crash into you, the trees, etc.

Recommend place to visit. It is a great place to go. The boat is 300 baht that can contain 2 to 3 people and 400 baht to hire a person to row a boat. It takes around 40 to an hour depending on you. Some people prefer to swim and take their time and some not. I will tell you from here that it is not easy to row because there are a lot of stumps that you can get stuck with. The water is so clear and please don't throw any rubbish in there

Much nicer than in the pictures here. We watched the sunrise in Din Daeng Doi and then drove here. At around 8:00 a.m. we felt alone at the lake. Beautiful! After that it gets quite crowded. 300 baht for a kayak that you can use all day (but we only went to the end once, went swimming there and then went back). The whole thing took about 2 hours, then we went home again. I would recommend coming as early as possible. Take your swimwear and sun protection with you and enjoy 😊

This is definitely one of our best experiences in Krabi. Kayak rental is 200B/pax when we were there. The lake/canal is formed from underground water and its so clear you can see the bottom. The best part is when you enter the shaded canal, it's like a secret cavern formed from the trees. The shades of blue and green just felt so magical. You can see the fish and underwater foliage. There is plenty of parking, and the kayak rental shop is right by the water front. (For some reason, the water body is not reflected in Google maps but this pinned location is correct.)

Absolutely wonderful experience. Renting a kayak only costs ฿300, and there is no time limit. Once you reach the end of the lake-type portion of the river, you will reach a little canal which has a swimming hole. It can get really rowdy if you go too late in the day, so go earlier in the day if you want some peace and quiet. I, however, enjoyed the liveliness. Going in the early morning will also provide a better chance to see to the bottom since the water will likely be smoother. I would have done this two days in a row if my schedule allowed it!

Very nice experience, also possible with children. Simply rent a kayak on site for 300 baht and paddle for as long as you want. The water is wonderfully clear. You can also feed fish. It is advisable to be there before 9 a.m. to avoid the large crowds.

Kayak rent price : 300 Baht for unlimited ride. Escort : extra 100 Baht. Level : Beginner We went there when it was raining, we still keep going anyway. They rent us free waterproof bag for free. They also gave us 2 water bottles. Swimming vests are alo provided. Water is crystal clear. You can see the fishes. There are several rocks that you might hit on the way but it was not really a problem. You just need to coordinate with your partner where you want to go. In the end of the lake you can see turquoise water with fish. You can rest and relax. Don't forget to look around because the animals around you also interesting. We saw a blue bird, blue dragonflies, and red dragonflies. Staffs were helpful. Come early and avoid the crowds. We went there during moonson and it was raining but when we head back, rain stops. During the rain you can feel the mystical vibe. Clouds on the hill and rainy sound. Perfect for chilling.

Drove to this location easily with Google Maps. Rented a kayak for 300 baht with my daughter, and my wife and son had a guided kayak for 450 baht. Each rental includes 2 bottles of water and a waterproof bag if needed. The approximately 1-hour journey, excluding swim time, took us to the shaded, clear waters on the inner side of the lake—a highlight for throwing in an iPhone to capture underwater videos. A fantastic first-time kayaking experience for the kids. Highly recommend this over the Emerald Pool.

Another interesting Thailand experience. A reservoir was built by damming a small river and trees were cut down but the stumps were left and water barely comes up to the tops of the stumps. You rent Kayaks and you can travel upriver to more virgin jungle on the small river. There is one area where you can "swim" and the water is clear and clean. It is pleasantly cool but the mangroves and stumps do create a pain or is it an adventure trying to avoid them or get yourself unstuck when you get hung up on a stump. Great day adventure. The kayaks rental was 300 baht when I was there and I suggest you wear sunscreen because the reflected sun off the water may do the sunburn thing even if you are a bit tanned.

300 baht for a kayak with drinks, soda, fruits and unlimited time. It takes around 30mins to get to the inside canal. The water is so clear and not deep. Highly recommended

Wow, what a gorgeous way to spend a sunny afternoon. Its everything all of the reviews say it is. Very serene, even with lots of kayaks about. The water is crystal clear and beautiful to look through as there are lots of old tree stumps and roots. Careful not to get grounded on them though. Swimming at the far end is lovely, especially as its at the turn around point, so cools you off for the way back. The food next to the wier is good and inexpensive. Really glad we went, we spent 500baht on kayak, 2 meals, 2 sodas and a smoothie. We were in a car so also paid 20 baht to park.

A very good experience and adorable price did it by myself took me less than 2 hours I wasn't tired at all. Could do longer a very chill experience come here again. PS. In the end there is a river and swimming area in the shadow of trees which is very nice.

The water is clear and there is a place for children to swim. Please put on socks before entering the water. Otherwise, it will fall. May be injured

This is such a serene experience that’s so worth it. For just 300 baht you can spend the whole day on the water (it’s a joke actually because there isn’t enough space to spend the day there). Tip: follow the yellow bubbles along the water, otherwise you’ll get stuck and the experience won’t be pleasant. You don’t need a tour guide, unless you are really horrible at kayaking. Being a swimsuit as there is a lovely clear water lagoon for swimming, it’s chilly there so you might want to bring a towel to dry yourself before continuing further into mangroves. Overall it’s fun, might take you an hour to complete the course forth and back, might take you longer. It’s really up to you, but the roots are all over the place making it very easy to get stuck on, so watch out 😃

Be here first and then you can enjoy the view and the ride privately and in complete silence. It was amazing to enjoy the nature and see crystal clear water. The kayaks rent is 300baht for two people and there is no time limit. It tooks us one hour back and forth to the end of the river track. Definitely go into the jungle to get a different feeling of the lake. This experience is totally worth it!

It was a really great trip. You drive through the mangroves and you can also swim at one point if you like. The water there is clear and clean. You get a waterproof bag and also water bottles. The kayak costs 300 baht per day. We also ate in a food stall there, very tasty and cheap.

Great place for kayaking, if you are experienced. There's a lot of wood stumps underneath that will consistently stop you. Once you're on the stump, either wiggle through it by rocking your weight forward and back. You can use your paddles as well. Either the water need to rise more or the stumps should be removed to make more of a pleasure kayaking experience.

If you ever want to experience a clear water canal via kayaking, this is the right place. For just 300thb per kayak, this is the great excitement. Recommend to go in the morning, its less crowded and not very sunny. Also, you can ask for kayak guide for only 150thb.

The most beautiful experience of my life swimming in these Waters - Crystal clear. Makes you feel alive. I played with the Fishes, Fed them, Had a nice lunch and overall spent the entire day enjoying here - Well worth paying 300bhat for a private kayak The local kids also swam with me when I was there near the swimming point

Water was super clear, could see all the under water vegetation and fish in certain areas. It starts with a view of the hills and trees, but goes into the deep jungle where there are more fishp swimming around as well. By the end of the path is a swimable area. It takes a good 30-45 minutes to get to the end. Waterproof bag and lockers were provided for free. There are lots of logs to get stuck on, but nothing serious, just remember to move back when stuck. Highly recommended.

I came here with my family and we really liked it. 300b per kayak that can hold 2 people. They have lots of animals running around which is cute. Lots of huge fish in the seethru water and they sell fish food for 20b which is cool. The whole experience takes about 45mins if you are just relaxing. It could take longer if you decided to stop and swim which you’re allowed to in two areas. Water was beautiful and so was vegetation. They had free lockers for shoes and keys and free dry bag. It was fun and didn’t take too long. It was relatively easy, sometimes you would get stuck on an under water tree stump but it was a test of teamwork to get off of them.

I start in the early morning around 9:30 am, so not many people. After kayaking to the destination, we swim there in the mangrove river. The water is super cooling and clear. Many fishes swimming next to you. Better bring goggles to see the fishes while swimming. I wear a long sleeve diving suit, so no sunburn while kayaking and not feeling very cold while swimming. Remember to wear hat. Big sun even in the morning. Inside the mangrove is ok, many trees. I'm pretty last minute to confirm the itinerary. Booked a half day tour at Ao Nang (600bhat includes water, fruit, tour guide, kayak and transport to n from your hotel). Then immediately brought the 15L waterproof bag (300bhat), phone waterproof small bag (80bhat) and the cap/hat (200bhat) at Ao Nang beach's shops 1 day before this activity. There got all you need for watersports. Free and easy.

We are the first visitor of the day. Came at 8am, the kayak cost you ฿300. You can kayak alone or couple, or 3 person can share. If you need guide, additional cost is only ฿100. No limit to kayak and explore everything. We took the guide for the first round and then we went back without him. Lovely nature spot here. The water is blueeeee even it’s rainy a little when we came. ✅ Accept payment by cash only ✅ THE TOILET IS CLEANNNNN✨ ✅ Halal stall is available here. No worries if you get tired or hungry after kayak.

A nice place to go for kayak, price is reasonable. The lake is spacious and go thru the woods as well which is very nice. Watch out not to get sun burned and also there is a lot of stones and woods that you can get stuck on but staff is watching, and they will come to rescue.
