I was here for a hight on my business trip to Raipur. Small property with all basic amenities. Property is 8 years old. I couldn't find anything which speaks about the brand Hyatt. Very disappointed with the rooms and overall stay. Room size is also small. Carpets are dirty and sofa upholstery is duty too. Mosquitoes in the room. Linen was fresh and bed was comfortable. Used restaurant for breakfast, servers are sloppy. Food didn't taste good. Next time, NO.

Very disappointing stay. I would suggest guests to opt for other places with much better rooms and service. I booked 1 double occupancy room through central reservation desk and was told that I have a confirmed upgrade. On arrival I was given a standard room. On objection, I was informed that they don't have availability, hence no upgrade. I fail to understand why the upgrade was committed to me, if it wasn't available. Surprisingly, I was being checked into 2 rooms with single occupancy, then how issue of availability arises. It is clear that they had no intention of keeping the commitment. The room itself is designed very poorly. The pot and the shower are in 3x3 spaces with one sliding door which can close only 1 space at a time. They why are they made so cramped if the intention is to use only 1 at a time. Even the wash basin is in the room itself, so you have to hop out to wash your hands after finishing your 'job'. Overall the place has been built with cheap stuff. Even the refrigerator in the room is the shady induction type which we use in cars, which hardly cools anything; the best it can do is maintain. Overall, a cheap version of a huge brand. I would say 'stay away' and #avoidhyatt

This is an average place w.r.t. food quality & service. Could not get efficient service even though the resturant did not have many people. Will have to request for hot food from serving staff as food in buffet is just luke warm, including soup.

Located just behind of the Magneto Mall. The check in, room allocation and check out processes were seamless. Rooms were clean, well managed and hving all the facilities one can expect. Standard rooms do not have bathtub. Wifi was moderate. The restaurant was nice and you will have wide menu in both food and drink options to pamper your taste buds. Breakfast was good. Staff behaviour was thoroughly professional. Only concern was the booking and modifications of reservation process, that was too lengthy and caused irritation. The stay was indeed good.

This is one of the best places to stay in Raipur. The location is slightly outside the city on the highway. So there is not much traffic or crowd all around. Still there are a lot of good places to shop and eat around the hotel. Many retail chain outlets are just adjacent to the hotel and even good food outlets are there. The rooms are good, comfortable and clean. The staff is courteous and highly trained. All the staff members will treat you with a smile and will be glad to help you. They will consistently enquire about your well-being and also engage you if they feel you are getting bored. There is a gym, conference hall, meeting rooms and other standard facilities available in a five-star hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is also served in a buffet. The presentation and quality of food is top-notch. There is a good spread of the items which are very well prepared. However I did not like the taste, it may be a personal matter. This could be a regional or personal issue, but the chefs are well trained in the art of cooking. All the departments like housekeeping, room service work very efficiently and quickly and will resolve any issue, if at all it arises almost immediately. Overall a wonderful stay for the business traveler as well as for a family.

Recently I stayed at Hyatt,Raipur. Being a frequent traveller I had stayed in many hotels across-the- globe but my stay at Hyatt,Raipur is a memorable one. It was just a day stay but the staff was extremely humble, helpfull, friendly and polite, be it a member of front desk or a waiter everyone is ready to give their best. Buffet breakfast spread was good, specially the live counter items were delicious. The best part of the stay is that when we're done with the breakfast the chef and the floor manager came with a cup cake and asked us about our stay . This personal touch by the management is cherry on the cake.

Experience was too bad, Breakfast served was not up to the standard of Hyatt. Rooms were small, not clean at all. Staff at dining were rude at times. Delay in serving Tea & Coffee. Bathroom and WC had a typical setup. It had one single door which will give privacy to either one who is bathing or pooping. Did not have a good experience at all. Dinner was of substandard quality including the plates.

Rooms are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner were awesome with nice spread of options. Check and check out was hassle free. Giving one star less for not upto mark hospitality in restaurant. Treat all guests equally.

It was my first experience in this hotel but it was quiet good. Over-all hotel gave all the amenities which they displayed. Whole of staff was very courteous towards us. Food was also very tasty 😋 I would recommend this to everyone.

Provided used shampoo, bodywash. How this happened i Hyatt??? Gym mentioned opening AM 6:00, but no one. I ran in the darkness for 20 minutes and finally a trainer came 20 minutes later.

I am staying in this hotel since yesterday in room 514 and gonna stay a little more loger as because of amazing service I extend my stay here. Best place to stay in Lucknow also staff is really helpful and care about every guest like vip guest, food is also really amazing here. Shashi at front desk he is very kind and help me alot during check-in process and also guide me about the city as well as this is my first time in chattisgarh. In restaurant as well you will get amazing food and great service as well. Ambience is also amazing here, you can bring family as well as friends both and definitely spend a great time with great meal and service. In bar also you will enjoy alot with great drinks and service, specially in bar sagnik really helpful and have amazing service skills and also really help you with order. If you are visiting here I really recommed you meet this guys they will help you alot with professionalism and service.

Rooms are smaller. Bathroom is good but feels smaller due to its designing... Service is very nice and understanding. Location is very good and well managed.

The quality of food got bit bad and the food was also rotten and the service was very poor as the team has just joined from some road side dhaba or something as they were not professional in handling crockery and service!!!! I was really surprised to see such service from such a hotel....

Overall it was not an experience that you associate with Hyatt as a brand. Facilities are not well maintained - neither in common areas nor in the rooms. Room layout with single door between toilet and shower (only one of the area can be kept closed at any one time) is a terrible design for family travellers. Food quality and staff / services were decent enough. Hence a 3 star rating.

Not really Hyatt standards here. Right from when you walk-in you notice this wibe of a casual 3 star setting. Food isn't that good too. The menu has very limited options.

Have been staying at this hotel for a very long time. Always my preferred hotel in Raipur. The room rates have increased since last year which is giving sour taste, but prices are relative so take your own call. Excellent staff, laundry, gym, dinner buffet, breakfast all are excellent. Staff is the best amongst all the hotels in Raipur. And the best rooms overall. Love the segregated wash area and the most balanced working table and chair. Comfortable mattress. There is only 1 sliding gate for bathroom if any go toilet than the bath are will be open. In the hotel ac not working properly in night. The tv also not working properly. Only breakfast is good.

The hotel is situated within the Magneto mall. The hotel is good overall My room was really unkept and dirty and there were dust marks everywhere and there was a hint of smoke too! The room needed deep cleaning. The cafe and food was nice and the staff was super courteous

Hotel is decent , have been here for more then couple of times . Rooms are ok . renovation done in rooms i didnt like it, fortunately its just done in few rooms. They need to make sure they ask and give smoking rooms to the smokers. I dont smoke so i need non smoking room,but when you enter the room and the corridor is with smoking smell cause someone in room is smoking.

Well, the hotel is Hyatt but don't expect the traditional Hyatt here....Staff is exceptional and amazing....Rooms are ok....Do check the shower....hand held shower works but the shower on the ceiling may not work.....food is good but not too much of variety in the cuisine.....

An excellent business hotel in Raipur. Good location, good staff and services, good rooms and amenities. Food is good. One can plan stay or eating here when in Raipur.

Rooms are descent in size but very poorly maintained, there is no DND option in the room(I couldn't find one atleast). Food is okeish . Lobby is not very lavish. Laundry is not 24hr. Distance from airport is approximately 20min. There is a mall just next to it which is a good thing about the location.

Loved the overall experience especially the food and hospitality. There's a major design flaw in the bathroom doors...they have a sliding door to shut either the toilet or the wash area at a time, if wash area is shut, toilet remains open! There is no swimming pool!

Its a very good hotel. Everything is excellent except location. It is in the same building of a shopping mall. No garden or lawn area.

Good business hotel, restaurant food very nice, breakfast was average, in the room there is no partition wall between washroom and bed area, good for single occupancy (from a business travellers perspective). The location of the Hotel is central and very convenient - along with a mall, adequate restaurants nearby.

It's really nice modern style hotel. Rooms are spacious and well designed with great view. Restaurant food options can be improved but overall nice stay.

Service is awesome even at 3 am they provide ur dinner. Bar remain open. Breakfast buffett is nice. Room's bathroom is small. And no tub is there. Other accessories are there. Location is bit far from the city but everything u need is there for u.. Overall. 4 out 5 star.

Stayed at Hyatt Raipur for 1 month as a solo guest, will give some insight on the stay. The rooms, halls, restaurant and lobby are very clean. The food is absolutely amazing, it is quite expensive though, even for American standards which is saying a lot so if you have a long stay, it can be quickly expensive to eat in-house daily. The staff most all speak English fluently which is great for foreign travelers because this is an issue at other hotels and many places in the area so no issues staying here if you don't have Hindi assistance. Room service/cleaning is available 24/7, I leave late at night each day where at any hour they are able to give your room a full cleaning. The view of the city is beautiful, I stayed on the 6th floor and loved looking out the window every day to the city. The balcony on the 4th floor is also a beautiful view of the city, it's really spacious with grassy area, they should absolutely add tables and chairs out there though. They have many outlets, a spot for ethernet cord on the computer desk for wired internet and the ability to hook up my Roku into the TV (easy HDMI switch/TV access) with good picture. I should add that the bathrooms are open concept so in the event that you have guests, depending on your comfortability with them, you may have to leave the room when they are using the restroom. There is no door or lock on the bathroom and the bathroom is open to the rest of the room from the high rise sink and below so if someone is showering or changing(nude), you can see their private parts from the standing mirror on the wall. The rooms are soundproof for the most part, nice and quiet, there are some times though where you can hear your neighbors close to the door that connects to the other room if they are nearby to it. Other than those last two things, this place is spot on. Almost forgot I was moving into an apartment, would have just lived here hehehe.

This didn't align with the Hyaat experience in other cities. Dinner and breakfast was so so ..nothing like any luxury hotel. Rooms were fine but the looking at the bathroom design ..your eyes would pop out .. a design that defies logic .... similar to open kitchen concept ..you have an open bathroom concept. The door can be used to close either the shower enclosure or the pooping area. To add more elegance to this design .. there is no enclosure in the bathroom. Staying alone is fine but sharing rooms will be an experience that you don't wanna encounter. There are rooms at 5th floor where lift doesn't go.. there is a secret staircase that leads to the room... nice way to engage guests in fitness. There is no pool in the hotel. The Gym area is fine with all the amenities. My experience was far from good. Wouldn't consider if I am traveling next time.

Not a 5 start property as mentioned. I was charged 5250+ GST per night. This price includes complementary breakfast and dinner. But I found this price is bit high for this property. But the location was great, just above the magneto Mall in raipur.

Had a wonderful experience...clean hotel and location is excellent. The team of Hyatt , specially Mr.umesh Tarak, Shashikant Thakre at front office and Mr.kunal somani and Miss Shikha(intern) at house keeping were very polite and helpful. Looking forward to stay again.
