Nice hotel rooms.. Good service!! Very good surroundigs.. Near to the bus stop. And many big showrooms present nearby.. Overall a nice stay, especially if you want to go on a shopping spree.. Need to imrovise the breakfast options though..

Worst hotel in town, they charge unnecessary for the room belongings. 2k bedsheet (200 for laundry ) 5k lamp ( 500 for repair) 2k photo frame ( 300 for the glass of the frame) 3k remote ( 500 for the new remote) The 3k AC remote not working ( 300 for repair & it was not working from the start) Total unacceptable attitude of the hotel management. we were ready to pay the actual cost, but this unnecessary cost was collected from the consumer.

Had a great stay at Citrus. First day there was no Fridge in my room was then got after request. Wash room towels and Bed Linen should be more clean. Food and Service is great...Great service provided by Ms.Alka at Restaurant, she gives attention to all customers and is very kind person..Thanks

The staying at the hotel was a very good experience and welcoming not just because of the nice and tidier rooms but also because of the services provided by its staffs. But the pricing was at a higher side as compared to the other hotels of the same standard and check in and check out timing was a bit awkward. But overall it was a very good experience..

I am so disappointed this time while visiting the hotel the GM and the staffs were very rude and arrogant they they just don't have manners to talk truly very disappointed the service is going poor and poor I had gone their to book a banquet for my party but GM was so rude that I will never ever visit again we were the regular customer over their and we used to get best service and because of that we used to book for for every party and if this will be the behaviour of GM and staff I will never refer to other people also very bad poor and disappointed service

The stay and breakfast is great, and the staff is very polite and courteous, there is a staff by the name Alka, she is been really helpful with all the clients, and always ready to help like serving the best with no complaints even if the crowd at a go, even though th crowd is like a wave, she managed the ground really well, was really impressed, would always recommend people to come an expirence this place . For me it has been a pleasent stay, and i am yet there, Kuddos , would be back here always. Hope the team and the company see loads of more success in near future and for ever..... It is good until you get rooms in left side, as you get the window which opens towards open area but if you got room in right side, it just stinks as no sunlight and natural air gets inside those rooms. Food are just ok....

The food here is absolutely delicious. The staff members are very polite and are attentive to the customers' requests. The only improvement I can think of is adding more variety to the menu. Also, some of the drivers that the hotel provides aren't trustworthy especially in terms of pricing.

Not Great Hotel the restaurant manager is inefficient and and not brave enough to tell the truth. If something is ordered or asked instead of saying a clear Not available he will make sure to waste your time and play hide and seek. Rooms are good but superior category room doesn't even have window. Very upset with restaurant manager Mr.Bhambani.

Good rooms, got parking space. But we were made to wait for more than 30 mins as the rooms were not ready for us to check in. And we had arrived there at around 1:00 PM. So its not a case of early check in. Nothing else to complain about, over all good experience except for check inn.

You should bring your own water bottles if you are staying at Citrus Prime, Raipur. The Restaurant/Rooms Service/Front Office manager deny giving cold water. They suggested us to fetch chilled water bottle from nearby market.

Nice place to stay. The people at the reception are really pleasant. The staff in the restaurant are great. The last night that I stayed there, I did not go for dinner, as I did on the other days. Received a call from the restaurant asking if all was fine and if I would be joining for dinner. Real care and concern.
